 Excellent as always!
3rd visit in 10 years. Just as good as the first time. The food is always amazing regardless of restaurant. The service is fantastic and all staff members are always willing to help. Spa services were fabulous and enjoyed the option of having the services in our room. The dinner on the beach was amazing! We could not have been happier with our experience and know we will go back again!

 Birthday vacation that turned into an engagement!!!
What an amazing Hotel!! From the prettiest beach & water to the most excellent staff to the most incredible food!! I have stayed many places in Cancun and the Hyatt Zilara surpasses every other place!! I just want to thank Natsumi at check in for switching our room. Not because anything was wrong with it, but just because we wanted a higher floor/for a better view! Also the wonderful wait staff especially Arturo at Spice restaurant made us laugh every morning!! The pool manager(can’t remember his name dang it) for constantly cleaning our sunglasses and for getting us the best cabana for my birthday for the foam party!! Also for finding my Vape liquid after having too many drinks & leaving it at the pool!! Every one of the staff here goes above and beyond!!! We especially loved Emiliano & Michelle from the entertainment staff!! Always making us laugh & coming over to just chat with us & seeing what we need!!! Everyone is awesome!! Every single restaurant in this resort has incredible food & I am kind of a food snob!!! We especially loved the Asiana restaurant! The hibachi show was better than any other I’ve ever been to! Can’t wait to come back!!! And when my boyfriend & staff and new friends from Chicago John & Christie we’re making my birthday incredible, my boyfriend proposed to me on the beach!! The best birthday ever!!!! Love love love this place ❤️❤️

 Excellent Tenured Staffers / Facilities Upgrades / Restaurants
My wife and I returned to the resort for our 6th trip down as members. Below is a list of staffers that as always, go above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. All of the staff is very friendly and look to accommodate as best as possible. The list are employees that rise above some others.Ligia - by far absolutely one of the nicest most friendly and professional service industry persons I have met. THE BEST!Guadalupe - Super person, great communicator, very giving, exceptional servicePaul - made every effort to be sure our needs were met, hustled all day, team playerFrankie - marvelous job paying attention to every detailElena/Gonzalez/Camara/Fernando/Catalino/Gabriel/Isai/Filipe - simply exceptional people that truly care about making sure we were happy.At the Bar - Elisieo/Kuri/ Jose - each and every day we were greeted with smiles and exceptional service, always accommodating to what we asked for.Spice - I cant say enough about Carlos, this man took time each day to make his way to our table and spend a couple minutes to catch up with how everything was going and how we were doing personally. WOW! Arturo/Ivan - Great workers, nice people!Arcangel, this guy is a diamond in the rough, what great chats we had with him, very knowledgeable, super friendly and a great server.Pelicanos - Ismael was simply outstanding, great charm, very friendly efficient, a very dynamic personality all while getting his job done with a smile.Giselle - what a great smile, exceptional greeterJorge - from the first time we met Jorge we connected with him. If I missed you this time I will be sure to remember you next time!The Facility upgrades are impressive. The new gym with infinity pool is beautiful. The new Coffee House is another great upgrade. Our room overlooked the construction of the new spa, the renderings posted outside the Members Room show a good depiction of what it will look like upon completion, exciting. My wife and I walked up one day to visit the Ziva, huge place but quite nice. It almost appears that future renovations at Zilara will match Ziva, since the jewelry shop and gift shop already mimic what is at the Ziva. I am in hopes that there are future changes to one of the restaurants at Zilara. Since my wife and I have been members we have watched Maria Maries and the adjoining "Tapas Bar" make some transitions, some good, some not so good. This is where I truly hope there is a change. Maria Maries has always had great servers, we have had many great meals and experiences there but bit by bit the quality of the fod has slipped. I am not sure if there is a transition to fine dining there or not but the attire does not dictate that. There is always somewhere to go for a secondary meal if need be at the Zilara, but that is not what I seek when going to dinner at Maria Maries. We visited last August and now have just visited. The last two dinners at Maria Maries were very disappointing at best in comparison to the years before. Bums us out a bit and hopefully there will be a change, either go French or Steak house like the Ziva, just have one restaurant in the building, not a spin off. As like all of our visits to your facility, we enjoy it greatly, and the notes I mention above are just my thoughts as a member that will return.

 Most Amazing Place !!!!!
We have been to many places throughout Mexico and Hyatt Zilara is the best place to stay. Amazing staff and great restaurants. If you go to this amazing hotel ask for Emiliano, Michelle, Jorge, Arturo they are Amazing.More

 Disappointed
So.... My overall experience was great at this hotel. However, on our last day my opinion changed. We stayed in the Presidential suite (the nicest one you can buy) and it was amazing. The day that we checked out I noticed two hours later that I had left my jacket in the closet. We called the hotel hoping to have them ship it. They first said send us an email.... I was like no can you please go see if its still there before housekeeping comes. They put me on hold for about 15 min and then came back and said that the room has already been cleaned and there was no jacket. The person on the phone pretty much left it at that like there was nothing else that they could do about it. So....to me this says that your staff is dishonest and I can't trust my personal belongings to be safe. Had a great time the rest of the week but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

 Best Trip of Our Lifetime!!
When my wife and I originally booked this trip, we had never been to an all-inclusive resort or Cancun. We did not really know what to expect. In short, this was the most luxurious and relaxing vacation we have ever been on and blew our expectations away!!First off, the location was great and the hotel in general was one of the nicest looking on the whole beach. We had a junior suite, which was perfect for us.Without writing a novel about it, the workers at this resort really take pride in their job and create a great experience for every visitor. It is not only that they provide great service, but it seems every worker does it with joy (which is almost impossible to find in the US). It was great sitting on the beach everyday with Agnner coming up with a big smile to greet us and ask if he could help in any way, coming back to our room where the nicest maid had cleaned our entire room (even lining our shoes), and finishing the night by watching a fun show with Daniel providing great customer service! Every worker we interacted with was great!!With all the food and drinks included, we were a bit worried about quality. However, we loved the Asian restaurant (with traditional seating and Hibachi seating) and all the other restaurants. It was fun to try all different types of drinks, too. We are "foodies" and the food was great. Finally, we did get a massage and go on a tour of Chichen-Itza (which were extra). They were both great experiences, easy to book, and worth it. All in all, we were very sad to leave and will probably be back bc we enjoyed it so much. We can not say enough positive things about our experience!!!

 Amazing Place
This was our 3rd stay at Hyatt Zilara and it gets better each time. Beautiful property and incredible staff, who go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing vacation. So many wonderful people, Glenda and Enrique, Arturo & Carlos in Spice, the awesome bar staff - Guadalupe, Ligia, Erasmo, Daniel, and so many more, Asiana - Julio, Luis, Rodolfo and Gerardo, Pelicanos - Sergio. The list is endless, such caring and gracious staff that make you feel welcome and excited to return. The food is amazing, pool is the perfect temperature and they have a great gym. We'll be back soon! Thanks for another wonderful vacation.

 THE BEST IS EVEN BETTER
This is the 3rd visit for my wife and I in as many years and to our delight and surprise it is better than the previous 2 stays.We visited in May (a little late on review) and will comment first on the biggest and most welcome change; the FOOD!! There has been a marked improvement in the selection, presentation, and most importantly the taste of the food prepared at this beautiful all-inclusive resort. They really kicked it up a notch or two, so much so that even the pickiest foodie will be content! Think Sea Bass with cream rice and panela salad at Pelicanos overlooking the beach with alfresco dining. Perhaps ribeye and salmon at Asiana at a hibachi seating (reservation required). My wife and I had both and they were outstanding! You may prefer the 50+ different selections available at the Spice breakfast buffet which is an amazing spread. Flank steak or chicken at Maria Marie for a more upscale dining experience. During our week long stay here, breakfast lunch or dinner, we were never disappointed. I believe there is something to satisfy almost every food preference and all are fresh and tasty. This is an exceptional feat at any hotel but especially at an all inclusive resort and the Hyatt Zilara gets very high marks for this achievement! While food is a huge factor, service and attention to details, rooms, ambiance and the all important pool/beach are also key to a perfect resort stay. So rather than a long review on each I will summarize;Service: Warm, friendly, courteous and professional – you will be taken care of like beloved family! (No Disappointments)Rooms: Expansive, beautiful, comfortable and clean and all with amazing ocean views! The rooms will wow most guests. (Romance and Reconnect)Restaurants: Plenty of food options with taste, presentation, and variety which will please even picky foodies. (Ribeye-Seabass-Salmon & Salsa) Beach & Pool: Perfect white sand beach, turquoise ocean + huge clean pool with comfortable loungers and cabanas. (Fun in the Sun)Hotel: Your beach palace hacienda in the sun. So relaxing and classy. Perfect for an escape from the everyday. A spa like gym experience, easy airport ride, close to shopping, airy and inviting common spaces. (I want to go back now!!)It is hard to imagine being disappointed here but inevitably some are. So if you want a party vibe, looking to meet singles, or are just plain grumpy this may not work for you. This is an amazing resort with exceptional staff at a bargain all-inclusive price.  Ultimate luxury!
My husband and I have just returned from staying in this fantastic hotel last week. This is the second time we've been, although the last time we were there was when it was The Royal a good few years ago.From the last time we were there, I have been diagnosed as being coeliac so to be truthful I wasn't that excited because I imagined I would be limited in what I could eat. That was not the case. It far exceeded my expectations. The only restaurant I struggled in was Asiana's. There was only one dish I could eat which was a bit disappointing. However in Spice and Pelicano's it was amazing. Can I just thank Carlos from Spice, who took exceptional care of me and always came up to me to check I was happy with my choice of food. He was absolutely outstanding.In Pelicano's Abi looked after my husband and I and we always asked for him to take care of us. Again, he was amazing and the service he provided was above and beyond our expectations.We can't wait to come back as although we were only there a week, we got to know all the bartenders and we were made to feel really special. We'd like to thank all the servers at the lobby bar - Frankie, Luigi, Guadalupe and everyone else but especially our friend Fernando. He took very good care of us, as everyone did, but he did an exceptional job. By the time we left we felt part of the family and we would love to have stayed another week.  No resort better.
Just returned from Zilara and ready to go back. From your first step upon arrival till your last step to leave this place makes sure you are pampered and made to feel like family. Every visit makes new friends especially frim staff. My favorites are Guadaleupe and Frankie always there for my every need. I miss them. The rooms are huge and beautiful and spotlessly clean. Never an a/c issue. As far as the food and cocktails are concerned just perfection. I will never chose another resort other than Zilara. Thanks to everyone there and Liam Dodd transport the best there is.

 10 year anniversary
After 10 years of marriage me and my husband decided to take our very first vacation alone without the kids. This vacation here made my husband and I realize that we need to do it more often. Everyone at Hyatt Zilara treated us like royalty. From the bar staff Ligia who was the sweet person we've ever met, Jose the crazy bartender who made us laugh and Daniel who also took really good care of us, he knew exactly what we wanted to drink without us even asking!! The entire entertainment team Chantal, Tito, Emilano and anyone I missed were so much fun! We LOVED volleyball and Ping Pong. The restaurant were really good our favorite was Spice and the Asian restaurant thank you Gina for our reservation for hibachi. I wish I could remember everyones name but I just couldn't keep up because everyone was so great to us. We will be back soon Hyatt Zilara and hope to see all the staff again. Until Next Time!

 Another great experience!
Visited HZC for third time and it never fails to impress. It all starts with the people. From check in to check out, everyone is there to serve. All staff feels like family, but I must mention Arturo in Spice, Laura and Drobel at Real Club, Liiga and Guadalupe at the main bar, Davis John the bellman, Gerardo at Asiana and especially Glenda in security. Thanks for taking such great care of us! All rooms are oceanfront and there is a variety of restaurants to suit all palates. Fun activities every night and plenty to keep you busy.....or just relax if that is your choice. Top of the line gym as well. And yes already planning for next year!

 Overall amazing resort
This was our first time ever going to Cancun, and won't be our last. Talked to few people who have been coming to Cancun for years, and they all recommended this resort. Overall service, food & drinks, and cleanliness were all amazing. Also, would like to add that I was never worried about our safety regarding the travel warning!

 Excellent choice for our first holiday abroad!
My boyfriend and I stayed at this luxurious resort for 2 weeks from 21st September to 5th october. If we could, we would rate this hotel as Exceptional and will definitely recommend it to others who would like a very relaxing and enjoyable break. The staff were amazing from beginning to end and so helpful when you weren't sure of something. Our room was cleaned daily with a 'turn down' service in the evening. The Restaurants on the site were beautiful and there was something for everyone! We didn't visit the Chef's Plate however as it was an extra cost on top of our stay and it required dress trousers for men which my partner didn't have. Although ww didn't visit this restaurant, we heard very good reports about it. We were travelling from Ireland so we needed a flight to england and then a long haul one to Cancun which limited our spending money a bit. Trips were ample however we couldn't do many or I couldn't pay a bit extra for a message as we just weren't equipped with the spending money. This was our fault however and not the hotels. Our Spanish is very minimal but the staff spoke plenty of English and by the end of the first day or 2 we really felt at ease with our surroundings. We tipped at every meal, however tips were not sought after. There were plenty of places by the pool and we were on a first floor room and the view onto the beach was amazing. You didn't need to be on the top floor. Hotel was always clean and well air conditioned. Mini bar in the room was included so no check out bills and use of the hot tub in the room was also included. I would like to mention all the staff as they were fantastic! But a special mention to Adrian who greeted us at check in and Ivan who was by the pool side daily and enjoyed his witty and pleasant personality. Also a mention to Jared and Miguel in the Spice Resturant, who taught us both a little more Spanish and Sergio in Pelicanos who always had a smile for you.  We loved our vacation !
This was our first time at this hotel. Last year we stayed at le blanc which was classy and sofisticated but what sets zilara apart are it's employees . They are the sweetest most attentive employees I have ever come across in a hotel . Better than LeBlanc . They do everything from the heart and it shows . They do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Some honorable mentions are Cesar from spice who was so attentive and made such eforts to have conversation with my husband in English ( I speak Spanish but he doesnt) giving us non stop attention and excellent service we sat in his area every time we went to spice. The best poolside waitress I've ever seen interact with guests in my life was guadalupe. I fell in love with her. Her smile and attention from the heart was indescribable. We also had some really good conversation from Carlos from entertainment he was so funny and personable. We stayed for 4 days and during that time employees bonded with us which was an amazing feeling . We plan to return next year to stay longer and hopefully bring some friends !

 Outstanding customer service.
The customer service was outstanding. The best customer service ever. Alexis from the Spice Buffet restaurant was delivering excellent customer service, same as Hugo Carreño, also Irma from House keeping among others, We are frequent travelers and we have never received an excellent service like Hyatt Zilara Hotel. We felt the love from all of them and we perceived they love and commitment about what they are doing.

 Cancun Vacation
My wife and I had a fantastic vacation at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun this past Sept 2017. The location is a great and close to a large outdoor mall area which has many stores for shopping. The walk is about 15 minutes from the resort and the area is very safe. The staff at the Zilara was fantastic. The service in the restaurants where just as fantastic. We ate at all the restaurants and each had a lot to offer. We would like to reconginze a few of the staff members. Arturo in the spice restaurant is a very friendly , kind and most of all very attentive to the guests, he remembered our name after the 1st day and new what we like to drink at all meals. The activity staff is by far the best we ever had at all the resorts we stayed at in the past. We want to mention the following Carlos, Guillemo,Emiliano, Shanta,Tito, Nathalia, Michelle, Ligi., if we missed anyone we are sorry,but everyone was fantastic.  Experience Like no other!!
I went with my family for a week and were treated very well. This all-inclusive was definitely all adults and I did not see a single child the entire time. I recommend exploring outside of the resort as there are other things to see. Also, the things I did not like were the availability of certain things. The beach lounges were always taken and some were specific to certain room numbers. But if no one is sitting there than I would just lay down, and they only made me move once. The food is amazing and I recommend you go to the restaurants instead of the buffets. Also if you are trying to get away from the crowd and watch the sunset in isolation, I would recommend you go to the infinity pool that is outside the gym. When I went they had just recently built that part and it was incredibly relaxing. Everything is top notch and there is so much that they offer.

 Romantic laid back hotel
We booked this hotel for our anniversary and it was BEAUTIFUL! I didn't want a party resort, I wanted a place to be just us and relax but have a little fun. This was calm and beautiful but definately boring. No music or fun. We planned on staying on resort for safety reasons and that was excruciating the day that it rained because there was nothing to do but drink! No music, no dancing, no fun! The room cleanliness was exceptional and the pillows will make you cry to leave them behind. The little romance treats they leave for special occasions are really cute! I might go back but the boredom my sway me to another resort! If your an avid reading couple this is the place for you!!!!

 Summer vacation
We were there in April. What a fantastic place! Clean, friendly, Gorgeous. The "Hand over the Heart" treatment was wonderful. Everyone was very accomodating and friendly. We didnt not experience a single -bad attitude- from anyone! the only downside was the rough ocean, not very condusive to being in it, but that's not the resorts fault, lol. We Absolutely loved it there and would definately go back! oh man,, those green enchiladas at Pelicanos,,,UhMuhGawd deliciouso!!! ,, ps. we had a very relaxing stay,, the small crowd of partiers stayes on the other side of the bridge. you can definatley experience both ways,,

 Family & Friends Vacation
Well... let's see where should I begin... We arrived in August 25th with a confirmed reservation for 4 rooms (8 people). Upon arrival we were informed that the hotel had no rooms available for us and they had to accommodate us at Hyatt Ziva for one night. This caused a group separation as one of the couples arrived later that day and there was a room available for them at Zilara and we stayed at Zive. Hyatt Ziva hotel was great, very close to Cancun night life and the facilities were excellent (maybe even better than Zilara). Upon checkout time at Ziva to relocate to Hyatt Zilara, they were unable to find my luggage - they took about 30-40 min to find the luggage causing delays that impacted a schedule excursion for Xcaret fuego. Upon arrival at Zilara, the check-in process was also slow, it took about 30 to check-in. Finally arrived to the room, we left our luggage and ran to the excursion. The next day, they decided to start a construction in the room next door, at 9am they were hammering some TV wall mount. Unable to sleep, we called the front desk and advised of the issue and they stop the bagging. Since they were band from using the hammer, they decided they were going to paint the room... Our room begin to smell like paint and we realized in the beginning but were not concern until one of our friends visit our room and said to us "this room smells like paint very bad, aren't you guys high?" we called and asked for a room change. The next day at the other room, just happen to have another construction in the room next door AGAIN and paint smell started to penetrate the room. At this point we are beyond frustrated. We called front desk again and the manager visited the room. He assure us that there was no construction next door and that the smell was not paint. We insisted that he confirms because the smell was the same as the paint used in the other room we had previously changed from. The manager goes to the room next door and the painters confirmed that they were painting. After expressing my concerns and letting them know how bad our experience was so far, the manager assigned us a presidential suite for the inconvenience. Most of our vacation was spent going from one hotel to another one, packing and move to 3 different rooms. I have to say that there service recovery went well. They offer us Hyatt points and complementary massages as they give us $200 for not having the hotel available and $200 for the in-room inconveniences. Presidential suite was nice but our time loss was never going to be recovered. Overall facilities such as the pool, the beach and restaurant service was great. I would like to commend Mr. David John Bellboy for his fantastic job and professionalism. The only reason I was happy to go back to Zilara it was because of David and the guys at the pool. If I visit Cancun again, I will not choose this location again.

 Love this inclusive
We redeemed our chase point for this stay, it's was amazing, customers service top rated, all the restaurants were amazing, server and lobby personnel were nice, family and service great . The beach front were amazingly clean and flat compare to other resort. The view were amazing, inclusive it's the only way to go.

 I really wanted to give 5 Stars But.....
First, the Good:We had an amazing time at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun! Hyatt does (almost) all inclusive very well. The staff is the key to running a place like this. It requires an immense amount of hard work for the staff to provide the services and always with the smile on their faces and putting their hand on the heart while greeting you. The bad:The reason why I did not give 5 stars and the reason why I called it (almost) all inclusive above is because they do not accept everyone into to their Chefs Plate restaurant. It is for folks who stay at premium suits. I get it to a certain degree but you can't call it an All Inclusive Resort when "All" is NOT inclusive. I really wanted to give them 5 stars though. Hoping the management looks at this review and reconsiders letting everyone in at Chefs Plate.

 Awesome Resort!
Recently we stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in Cancan, Mexico. This was our 5th trip to this amazing resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, has excellent food, and exceptional staff! I highly recommend! There are so many wonderful staff members there but a few really stood out for us....” Frankie” Agustin Najera Francisco, Ligia Gonzalez , Eloisa Chi Miss, Guadalupe Perez Fernandez that work in the pool, bar and beach area. Arturo and Hugo carreño From Spice. Glenda Ruano who was over the restaurants. Both Ivan’s and David at the pool. They all treat us like family! Everyone there is just wonderful! They are some of the main reasons why we keep coming back.

 Great location, but beware the construction
We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Oct 27 through Oct 1st. We love Hyatt hotels and the Zilara is ground zero for the Cancun hotel zone so seemed perfect for us. The hotel is beautiful and meticulously clean. Staff is warm and friendly. Quality of the food is gourmet, variety is great and wonderful ambiance. Pool area is beautiful is well attended to by staff and the folks do a wonderful job of attending to your every need. Few things on the down side. 1) We saw no benefit being a Hyatt member versus a non member. 2) Turn down service can occur any time between 6 and 10pm. If they catch you as you are finishing dressing and ask them if they can come back in just a few minutes they will tell you "that is not possible" have really never been told "that is not possible" at a Hyatt hotel. 3) the servi bar was well stocked when we arrived. Cokes were replaced daily but always had to call to have liquor and snacks replaced and 4) construction - when we arrived we requested an upgrade and agreed to the $100/night addition charge. Our room. Was 2 floors above and overlooked a construction zone, a heavy construction zone. They are adding floors on top of an adjoining building. I asked what time constru tion started and was told "never before 9am" that was flat out not the truth as it started each day well before 8 and extended into the evening hours each day. I understand the need to do renovations and construction but you don't charge guest extra to overlook and listen to your construction zone while on their vacation.

 Unparalleled experience!
My husband and I stayed here four nights for our honeymoon last month and it was by far the most amazing hotel experience we have ever had. We decided to book transportation through the hotel instead of taking a cab and it was a great decision. The driver met us right outside customs and immediately took our bags over to the car. He insisted on loading them in the car while we sat down and got comfortable. There was bottled water and cooled towels in the car, which was a great thing to have after our long day of travel. We booked an amazing swim up suite for our stay, and I'm so glad we spent the extra money on it. From the minute we stepped on property, it truly felt like guests were the priority. Our bags were unloaded from the car and we were taken to a private check in area. Everything was explained in great detail and we had no questions about the resort after check in. All of the restaurants we went to were beyond phenomenal. The food was always cooked to perfection, our drink glasses were never empty. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we are already planning a trip back!

 Definition of perfection!!!
Me and my boyfriend have recently just come back from staying at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun, and from the minute we walked in we were greeted by the most lovely staff. We were asked what the purpose of the visit was and as it was recently my 21st birthday they asked us what spirits we like to drink and the next day we had Gin and Vodka brought to our room, with a fridge full of mixers, and a bottle of champagne and rose petals placed over the bed, how lovely! Our room was gorgeous, very big with the most beautiful view I have ever seen! (All of the rooms are sea view so you will not be disappointed!) a giant wet room and a double jacuzzi was the cherry on top. Our air conditioning stopped working a week into our holiday and we were immediately upgraded into another room which was a highlight. And for the restaurants, they were all beautiful, freshly cooked food. Nothing was ever too much for the waiters or chefs whatever we asked for they would always say yes, the waiters will bring you drinks without asking and top up your water non-stop. Our favourite restaurant was Asiana, a Chinese style restaurant. Absolutely beautiful food cooked right in front of you. Our chef Gerardo was fantastic he was so happy and knew how to have a laugh, he cooked our food to perfection thank you very much for our amazing food Gerardo! All of the staff in the whole hotel are really fantastic and could never do enough for you. The entertainment team were amazing as well shout of to our amigos Carlos and Emiliano! Really great fun guys who always have a smile on their face and always made the day time and night time fun from there foam party's to games of water volleyball we always had fun, also to the rest of the entertainment team everyone was so nice and friendly:) Also shout out to all of the staff working by the pool and beach who were working in the heat to provide you with drinks as you chill on the beach you don't need to get up to go the bar as the staff are so kind and great they bring you all your water and cocktails we really are thank full, everyone does an amazing job! Not to mention the location of this hotel is perfect it is a 10 minute walk from the shopping centre where you have all your high end fashion stores and also the likes of Zara and forever 21 for a bit of retail therapy. It is also a 10 minute walk to the night clubs we had some great nights outs. I would recommend pre booking tickets for the clubs in your hotel/ with your rep before going to the clubs! All in all I will certainly be coming back to this hotel every other hotel from now on will be a downgrade as this hotel was the definition of perfection we had an amazing holiday and will be returning here, there is nothing I can say bad about this hotel it was just amazing we really loved it thank you everyone who made our holiday perfect love you guys! X

I've stayed at all inclusive hotels before and they always have average bar cocktails at best, not this place. Kenny at La Adelita treated us with top notch cocktails. If you are here you must give them a try!More

 No other like Hyatt Zilara
I just returned from a wonderful week long visit to Hyatt Zilara. This was my 4th trip there. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we had. The staff are all efficient, friendly, wonderful and kind. Edquardo, Edgar, Guadalupe, Frankie Boy are all so delightful and made our trip even more enjoyable. We love them all! They always have a smile on their faces while waiting on us hand and foot, working in the heat, and carrying heavy trays of drinks. We really do love them all. Our room (824) was fabulous. No issues with the AC in this room. It was lovely, clean and inviting and the daily maid/Butler service was absolutely impeccable. We appreciate their hard work so much. The restaurants are also delightful. The food in Spice & Pelicanos was my favorite. Order whatever your heart desires and it comes to the table in a beautiful presentation. The Chefs are incredible. All the others restaurants were good, as well and so was room service. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is traveling to an all inclusive in Mexico. The pride of ownership and work ethic each one of the employees take in what they do is outstanding. They will greet and treat you just like family and you will never want for anything while you are there. Thank you Mark Tessier for another wonderful trip, thank you Liam Dodd for the transportation and thank you Hyatt Zilara for your beautiful resort and awesome staff! We will return again soon.  If you are not feeling good here, you ain't feeling good nowhere
We visited Mexico in September and we were the guests of Hyatt Zilara for a week.To say that our vacation was amazing would be an understatement.The complex is built in a colonial style, it resembles a hacienda, huge ballroom at the entrance, a very large pool and private beach, all very aesthetically pleasant.Our room was situated at the second floor and had a wonderful ocean and pool view. Very clean and spacious, it included a whirl tub and many more. Room service was available 24/7.Bed was quite comfortable, you can choose what kind of pillow you would prefer.Every employee we had encounter was always smiling and willing to help. (it was highly appreciated, everybody has their problems, but they are making an effort to make you forget yours, at least for a while)The general approach is to make you feel more than welcome. There is an exchange point in the lobby with a fair rate. They will accept euros, dollars and canadian dollars, if I remember correctly. At the airport, even the security guards will try to trick you if you want to exchange money. There is an exchange point in the airport with a fairly good rate but they will lie that it is closed. Be careful if you want to rent a car, the deposit is huge compared to the value for the actual rental. Also, be careful with the taxi drivers, they will extra charge, no surprise here, happens everywhere.Back to Hyatt Zilara.Food was exquisite. You can choose from six restaurants, all of them top notch. Our favorite was Spice, sort of an open buffet with a plethora of choices. In the morning they serve wonderful smoothies and during the evenings they have special cuisine nights: mexican, italian, asian, etc.You don't need a reservation, the only place where you need one is Asiana, for a Teppanyaki meal.I highly recommend trying all sort of beef based dishes. Coffee was excellent, they have a really nice coffee shop. In the lobby there is a bar that serves all kind of cocktails, local beer and good tequila. They also have a 24h lounge where you can play pool, poor your own liquor and have a bite.They provide all sorts of entertainment, from acrobat shows in the evening to all kind of activities during the day by the pool. Btw, water is very warm and nice, both in the pool and sea.Overall, this is a place you want to go back. 사진빨. 오래된어 잦은 고장으로 스트레스 받은 황금같은 우리 가족 여행. 말잘바꾸고 절대비추합니다.I don't wanna recommend to stay here long. just 1day will be good. since you will experience many problem in your room. the view is ok in front of the seaside. but in case of room condition, I changed rooms but new problem appeared continuously. 1st was door lock broken so card keys were changed 4th times. then found out the problem was door battery problem. 2nd room was toilet was broken. the water over and loud sounds from toilet. 3rd is air conditional sensor broken. so hot in day time. cold at the night time. then the screen was not working at all. humid in side of room melting tile floor in the room. Since this hotel is getting older. Now I got the ear Infection from swimming pool. painful! Terrible experience in our family's whole life. and I hate the chief manager, Jonat** very rude. scoffing me and my mom. laughing in front of us. racial discrimination for non native speaker.

 Dream Destination Wedding Spot
From the moment we stepped off the shuttle the staff at the hotel made us feel like royalty. There was no task too big or too small that they weren't happy to do. The restaurants were all fantastic, my wife and I are vegan, but we were still able to get a variety of great tasting food. The chefs were glad to make special plates for us and they were delicious. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and were cleaned twice a day. The housekeeping staff was extremely kind and very tidy, they also set rose petals on our bed every night. The beach was not at all crowded and kept very clean. No matter where you were in this hotel there was always an amazing view. The nightly acrobatic shows were very entertaining. The absolute best part of the entire experience was by far the bartenders at the main lobby bar. The day shift was very attentive and quick to give us our drinks, plus some friendly conversation. The night shift though was the pièce de résistance. I have to give extra special recognition to Kuri, I have never in my life had better service than his. Kuri's cocktail skills are second to none!

 Lovely Hotel
This hotel is out of this world, the staff are friendly and helpful, food is delicious, would recommend to stay there. The facilities are first class, it's in a good location. We spent 10 days there next time it would be longer.More
