Beach Palace-All Inclusive , Cancun

 Great hotel and holiday!
We returned home yesterday from this amazing hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach is outstanding and the rooms are massive. We were instantly upgraded to a lagoon view room with a king size bed and a massive balcony with a sunbathing double bed. The rooms all have Jacuzzis which are great and the safety deposit boxes are free. The maids come around twice a day, once in the morning to clean and give fresh towels and then again late afternoon they return to give you fresh towels if the morning ones have been used. The restaurants have a good variety (even for fussy eaters like us) the Italian restaurant is a la carte so keep in mind the portions are small, however they will let you order as much as you want all included in your all inclusive package. We visited all 4 restaurants and all we're to a high standard!The buffet has a large choice that's changed everyday and there are always sections to have food freshly prepared in front of you. My partner does not like Asian food in general, however when we visited the restaurant our waiter Rafaiel was brilliant and catered to his fussy needs! The staff around the hotel are so friendly and accommodating, they genuinely cannot do enough for you!Fransico in the main buffet was amazing and always made our dinner in the buffet more enjoyable. Noe on the pool bar and Sofia on reception also went above a and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable! We visited moon palace for the day however we both preferred beach palace as its more accessible and the beach is much nicer! When staying at the beach palace you can visit sun palace (adults only hotel), moon palace and the grand at moon palace (the grand is absolutely stunning!) all included in your price and there is free of charge transport for going and returning. The hotel is a great location to the malls and other restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which costs 12 pesos to congo bongos and takes less than 10 minutes to get too.The only slightly negative thing to say is we got conflicting information from a lot of difference people regarding the hatching and releasing of the baby turtles so we were devastated to have miss this! If you are going in hatching season definitely check this out as it sounds amazing (there is a turtle pen on the beach that is part of the hotel and when hatch they are released into the ocean by guests at night)We haven't even been home 24 hours and we are already discussing going again next year!

 Wondeeful
I really can’t fault the Beach Palace. The staff are the standout. They look genuinely happy to come to work and look after you. Thank you so much guys! Beach is beautiful, pools are great, the food is superb!Lots of activities for the kids and big kids. The shows are very good.The all inclusive format is fabulous as we were on our last week of a 3 week trip, so didn’t have to be counting our $.Thanks once again to the staff at Beach Palace for making us feel so welcomed and our stay so incredibly relaxing!

 Fantastic holiday
This was our second visit to Beach Palace Resort, we had yet another fantastic holiday, the only fault was that we found the maids still cleaning our rooms at 6pm of an evening, sometimes we liked to have an afternoon nap and had to wait for the maids to finish their work but apart from that everything and everyone were amazing. We would like to thank the amazing entertainment staff Lucia, Gustavo, Damien, Rene and Carla for lots of fun and games to keep us entertained around the pool area.The restaurant staff were always helpful and friendly special thanks to Gabriel, Erik, Andres, Arturo, Plubei, Karla, Diego, Ernesto, Angel, Ramon, Sonia, Andrea and the Manager Raul.Thank you so much for another fantastic holiday, hope to see you all again next year.Rachael, Dottie, Debbie and Charles xxx

 Perfect
I don't really like putting 5* reviews, because i always think nothing is ever perfect and i always try and give some kind of constructive criticism, but in all honesty, i stand corrected. I cannot find a single fault with our stay at Beach Palace. We arrived home this week, and we are already trying to work out when we can go back again!When we arrived, we were greeted with cold wet towels to cool us down, i was given some flowers, and staff were there to take our cases off us and taken to our rooms while we checked in with the friendliest reception staff.We got to our room, and i cannot explain how lovely it was. It was huge, with a very comfortable king size bed, a sun lounger on the balcony that overlooked the ocean. We were emailed beforehand about building works going on in the hotel next door. We only remembered because it was covered up with a cloth which had a photo of the ocean on it. I had seen quite a few bad reviews about how loud the building was, but we didn't hear a thing from it.The beach was the most beautiful i've ever seen. It's the only place that looks better in real life than in the photos used for advertising. The sand is so white, and unlike when you go to spain, somehow (no idea how) it didn't burn your feet to walk on. The ocean is the clearest, and the staff work so hard at keeping the beach clean and in good condition, raking, clearing up seaweed (i have actually seen a complaint about seaweed before and thought how ridiculous when you cannot control nature! But we were pleasantly surprised to not even see any.)The food was good, i am a picky eater and eat even less when i am hot. The staff couldn't do enough for you.We specifically want to mention a few members of staff that really stood out for us. Louis by the bar pool was an absolute angel. How he could remember our favourite drinks, and seemed to know whether it was an amaretto and coke, a mudslide or a bottle of water, is beyond me - he got it right everytime Also, the wonderful Gustavo and Damian from the entertainment team are just fabulous beyond words. You could see how much they loved their jobs and their enthusiasm rubbed off onto everyone.

 Very good all-inclusive experience
Overall, an excellent vacation hotel with wonderful staff and great restaurants. No reservations needed to eat, and no limits on how often you could eat at each place. Shuttles to other Palace hotels with all the same amenities. Three complaints: pool walls could be cleaner, AC in the rooms blows directly onto the bed making it too cold when on, too warm when not blowing, and no lobby bar.

 Complete relaxation, comfort and service
This is our second time at the Beach Palace (5 years between last visit to this spot--6 previous stays with Palace Resorts properties)-however, it felt like we were returning home! Familiar faces amongst the staff and we really feel that the value is excellent. We wanted for nothing meal-wise, room-wise, amenity-wise...and enjoyed the SPA to its fullest extent. The quality of the food is wonderful, diverse, and always served with a smile. We enjoy speaking with the entire staff and in-turn, they are super receptive to accomodating your wishes. Depending on the number/type of guests in the hotel at the time, this can be a strain on staff. Most importantly, the hotel and restaurants are very, very clean and well staffed. Of course, every property has an area or two that needs attention, but that is never an obstacle to our enjoyment level. The beach and the ocean water is beautiful and clean. Of note, the SkyBar on the rooftop is fantastic--ocean or sunset views wherever you choose to sit. The best view of all of Cancun in the Hotel Zone. They have added an outdoor Coffee and Sweets shop close to the pool area open till 10 pm. This was a nice touch. The amazing "gelato-esque" ice cream is available there all day and can really take the heat off of the afternoon. We like to travel in the fall, when schools are back in session and the weather is still warm and wonderful. That said, the area surrounding the hotel is safe to allow yourself to leave and shop (La Isla shopping village is a very short walk away) and the beach does not have an abundance of people trying to sell you jewelry or cigars, etc. I do not usually write reviews about my trips, but I feel that Palace Resorts really strive to make you feel welcome, comfortable and carefree. Standout staff worth mentioning: Zuli (concierge), Andres, Ernesto, Gabriel & Diego (Tequilla restaurant wait staff), Gabriella (omlette queen!) and the man with an amazing sense of humor, calmness and humility, Antonio (pool concierge/future Diamond concierge and ice-cream pusher!) Thank you to everyone we met. You are an amazing team!

 A must experience
A wonderful resort chain with an amazing staff which will do whatever it takes to make you feel like a king or queen. Good and beverages are out of this world and the $1500 resort money tops everything off.More

 Amazing Visit, Great Service, Amazing Staff!
This is our last day of 7 at Beach Palace hotel and it has been incredible. We are very sad to leave! Perfect family holiday, with amazing service from all of the staff. Thank you to Noe in the pool bar who served us with a smile and went specially to get icecream to make us milkshakes when we had had enough beer! Thank you to Diego, Andres and Aaron who served us for many breakfast and lunches - no job is too much trouble for them! The hotel itself is beautiful including the beach! 4 restaurants to choose from in the evenings which kept the dinners varied! We made use of the Spa with hotel credits which were fantastic! We even had the opportunity to release baby turtles into the sea (the hotel has its own protection yard) The rooms all come with hot tubs which is an added extra with a stocked mini bar. Wifi is great - no passwords just full access all around the resort! We wanted to go paddleboarding so thanks to Wilma for arranging this experience!Could not recommend enough! Although the hotel is amazing, what makes it exceptional are the staff! Thanks, Gohil Family

 Beach Palace is the Best!!

 Great place to get away from it all!
Started out in room 112, but moved to 310 after water leakage problems--ocean views from both were fantastic, but the higher the better. What makes this place special is the staff--everyone is very helpful and attentive. If you are into yoga, Emma is amazing--cannot say enough good about her, as she knows her stuff and is concerned about your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. There is also no need for reservations at restaurants, and no limit to the number of times you can visit ones that you like. This is all-inclusive taken to its best. You will satisfied as long as you demand to be.Two problems to be aware of: one is that the AC blower is directly over the bed, which makes for too cold when cycled on, and too warm when off; two, the pool walls could use a scrubbing to eliminate a blackish mold-type appearance between the tiles.

 Great hotel. Highly recommended
Everything was great except for the transportation from the airport to hotel. That is my only complaint. I called the hotel to tell them I was arriving on that day and they said someone would be waiting for me. I had to get a ride through a third party company and it took like 30 minutes before I got in a vehicle.

 First few days

 AMAZING HOLIDAY!!
Me and my boyfriend travelled to cancun and stayed at beach palace hotel at the beginning of September, I can honestly say the hotel itself is perfect with beautiful views. We arrived on the 3rd of September the weather wasn't that great but was still greeted with a drink, cold flannel and a flower. The rooms are very spacious with a lovely balcony, we were given a lagoon view which we thought was better especially during the nights. However, the lady that checked us in was quite rude and said if we wanted a beach view we would could but it would cost us! She also didn't explain anything about the resort credits just said we have to pay £10 to use them(which by the way is all a big scam), and then failed to inform me about the extra charge i would receive for using my card out there. The staff(well most of them) are amazing and all work so hard to ensure you have the best holiday! constantly asking if you need anything whilst around the pool or on the beach. Travelling as a couple we found the sky roof pool a lot more relaxing than the main pool, as the main pool was full with young children or people who were there for the party life, we found it quite rowdy sometimes. So the sky roof is defiantly the place to be if your looking for a quieter holiday. We spent most of our time there and was looked after extremely well by the sky roof staff, especially Victor! He was always checking we were ok and made the effort to remember what we liked to drink, so without even asking him he would bring over our drinks. The most spectacular thing about this hotel is the beach and i can honestly say it looks better in real life than it does pictures. The water is so warm and clear and the sand is white and very soft! lucky for us it was turtle season in cancun, so we managed to see a baby turtle hatch and run into the sea, it was an amazing experience! We enjoyed the food in the Mexican buffet, although it can become very repetitive (which is expected from an all inclusive resort), it was still nice. We dined in each restaurant, we found that the Italian wasn't really that great due to the fact it doest really offer Italian food, for example, pasta dishes. The steak house was nice, meat was cooked perfectly but our favourite was the Chinese restaurant WOK. The food was incredible, we ate there 3 times actually! Our waiter in this restaurant was Rafeal, he was lovely. He gave use advice on dishes suited to our taste and made dining here a much better experience, we requested him as our waiter every time. There is a lot of food in this hotel so you won't go hungry! PROSMost of the staff are lovely and do there best to make your holiday one to remember.Amazing views (lagoon and beach)Food is very niceRooms are very spacious with excellent air conSports bar is great place to cool down after a hot day and listen to some music and play pool.The beachWeather is beautifulActivities everywhere, you will never get boredLovely restaurants outside the hotel. Argentina steakhouse we went to, amazing food! and quite cheap.ConsThe resort credits, they are a scam. You can only use them on selected stuff in the hotel and the 16% tax that you pay, ends up being relevantly the same price you would pay at home. The check in staff,they were quite unhelpful. The lady that checked us in was rude and patronising because we couldn't understand what she was saying to us.Expensive! everything is very expensive trips, spa, gift shop. Even in local shops around the hotel, £6 for a pack of Doritos!Language barrier with half the staff and many people outside of the hotel.

 Great experience
Everything at the Beach Palace is spot on! The staff is willing to do anything to make your experience special. The food is amazing! Gabriela at the omelet station is great! She remembered us every morning and made a great omelet. Cesar the guest services supervisor did everything he could to make our trip extra special. We would highly recommend the Beach Palace!

 Unforgettable
Let me start by saying this was my third time to the Beach Palace, and every time gets better and better! This trip was much needed for my husband and I to eliminate stress in our lives. We had the BEST time, we felt welcome and at ease. The pool bar is where we spent most of our time (water is cool and the drinks are refreshing!) Noe J. took care of making sure we ALWAYS had a drink (and shots!!!) Damasio always knew what time it was by looking at the sun- he is very entertaining. But overall EVERYONE took care of us at the pool no matter where we were!! Huge shout out to my new friends: Luis Gerardo, Fernando, Luis Silva, Victor, and Gerardo! We especially loved our couples massage at the Awe Spa with the care from masseuse's Daniela and Elizabeth! Juan, our server at Bocelli created a fantastic experience for our wedding anniversary. Lastly, Andres who helped us at Tequila a lot too- we love everyone! Thank you for everything Beach Palace!!

 Gorgeous, sandy beaches
We took a day trip to the Beach Palace from Moon Palace just to enjoy the beach. The bus leaves at 12 and returns at 5:30 and is totally free. It takes about 30 min to get downtown. This is totally worth it as the beaches are simply beautiful with blue and green water. Lots of waves if you love the beach. The staff were awesome and you can sit directly on the beach. We loved it.

 Holiday in Cancun
The overall experience of our first visit to Mexico was definitely made by the staff at the hotel. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The different bars and restaurants gave you a wide choice to choose every night.More

 Great week's vacation
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Beach Palace in August - Our primary reason for going at that time was to snorkel with the whale sharks off Isla Mujeres. Had a great time at the hotel and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed the Chef's dinner, an excellent cooking demonstration combined with fine wine pairings. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Gabriella doing a tremendous job on the omelets.

 First time in Cancun & we loved it!!!
Firstly can I say that the staff make this hotel excellent, (apart from reception staff who never seemed as helpful) Gustavo, Rene, Lucie, Karla, Emma, Damien the entertainment staff were brilliant they kept my 2 children (17 & 13) & husband entertained all day, they deserve a lot of recognition as do all the pool/beach waiters who work hard all day in the heat making sure we all have plenty to drink Daniel, Angel, Jay & all the others names I cant remember. The staff in the restaurants also excellent Carlos, Aaron, Ruben, Andres again other names I cant remember but all were fantastic.The Beach Palace is in a great location, yes there is building work going on either side of the hotel but this is not really a problem it never bothered us anyway.This was our 4th trip to Mexico previously staying in Riviera Maya I can honestly say we had a great time, the hotel is a lot smaller than what we have previously stayed in and next time we visit we will go for a bigger resort but thats just personal preference. We did go to the moon palace for the day which was great but we prefer the location of the beach palace as the beach is just great. We had a Lagoon view room on the 10th floor with a great view the room was always clean but as a family with 2 teenage daughters I would recommend having 2 rooms as the room is very open and not much privacy, we had 2 extra beds put in our room and this was done straight away. The food is great always plenty to choose from yes sometimes a little slow in getting more food out, but whats the rush your on holiday we never had a bad meal, we tried all the restaurants which were equally as good.I would say to anyone thinking of booking this hotel to just go for it you will not be disappointed, there is plenty to do out & about in Cancun either in walking distance or you can just jump on the bus.

 Not the best experience in Cancun
We have been to Cancun to different resorts many times, and this was the first time we did not feel like the customer service was good. First, we have never been refused an extension of check-out ANYWHERE even if it was just for 30 minutes. On top of that, they had us use the hotel and gave us a bathroom to shower in and change into our clothes. The people at the front desk simply denied with no apologies or explanation. Also, our ride never showed up to take us to the airport, and the people at the front of the hotel just stood there, did not offer to help, to call anyone, or try to help us contact the company. Also, we were there for a wedding, and the bride's father asked someone for salt while they were closing things up and he said there was none and he could not get any, two minutes later he asked another person who went to grab him some salt. The double beds were really small. Only one option for lunch.

 Brilliant
Once again another brilliant holiday at the beach palace. Anyone considering this hotel please don't hesitate as you will not be disappointed, the staff are among the most helpful, polite and fun people you could ever wish to meet so ( hostesses) Janett, Sonia,Andrea, ( waiters) Gabriel, Ernesto , Karla, Ruben and (captain) Raul thank you all very very much, to all the staff who's names are too many to put them all here thank you all for making our holiday even more special.

 Great family trip
The hotel was great as usual , the staff are second to none , and if thinking of going here I would highly recommend it as safe / value for money trip !!! Only issue I've ever experienced bad in 7 years traveling here , was the sales team selling memberships ! Just this month !!! They are far to aggressive and do lie to get you to sign up - my advice if thinking about becoming member do homework first and be ready for lot rubbish ( if they were more honest it would be lot easier to become member ) but I will repost on membership and advise if it's worth while once I find out - best advice dont waste time with this and just enjoy the luxury holiday !! ( unless really interested in becoming member )

 Great atmosphere,location and restaurants.
First time to Cancun and really enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit tired but clean and comfortable. The restaurants and food is amazing as are the cocktails on the beach or by the pool! The entertainment in the evenings was a nice surprise with really professional shows. Would stay here again.

 Watch out for overcharging and price gouging
We made a reservation at one price and once we arrived at the resort the attendant charged us a $100 more a night and said we were accidentally charged the south american rate instead of the north american rate. Since when do hotels charge different rates for different countries? Sounds like discrimination to me. Additionally we were given resort credits for staying more that 3 nights, but the credits were hardly usable on anything worthwhile. Couldn't use it for most of the spa treatments and the gift shop.

 Miss
Johnathon from the sports bar is great always made sure we had drinks always remembered our drinks and always made us feel welcome credit to the hotel and always had an amazing smile on his face. Victor Alfrede anayeli from the sky bar were amazing always offering you a drink when it get low always remembers what you want if you need any help with anything they were more than willing to help amazing staff!! Also a huge thankyou to enrique the supervisor in terazza steak bar. He was amazing. Remembered our names from day one and always made us feel really welcome. Amazing food and even better staff. A special mention for filiberto, always went above and beyond for me and my partner. Can't say enough about the staff there absolutely amazing every single one of them always went out there way for you and made sure you was okay and if you needed anything they would even carry you plate over to the table for you in the buffet. Steak house is amazing food always perfect food we came here on many occasions!! Italian is really nice to but make sure the men wear pants or you will not get in

 Good but not great
Check in was smooth, cool drink and towel. Luggage taken to the room quickly. Rooms are large and perfectly adequate but need some updating. Our refrigerator wasn't working, had to call twice to get it repaired, worked for a couple of days and stopped again. Hence we didn't use the mini bar. To wasn't working properly and as we had two days of storms this was a problem, was quickly fixed though. Hot tub is good but takes ages to fill so we only used it once. Ocean view is beautiful.Food was fine, steakhouse was our favourite. Staff make the hotel, always pleasant and working so hard. Hotel really lacks a space to chill with a drink. The only option is the sports bar which isn't great. Would put us off returning.We were on the 10th floor and felt the aftershock of the earthquake. Room shook and woke us up. A few others felt it and we went to reception for more information to be told that wasn't normal but to go back to our rooms. Many of us were scared so sat together in the sports bar only to have the lights turned off on us and be kicked out so it could be cleaned. We explained that we were worried and just wanted a space to sit together but got told no. This is not acceptable customer service. Check out was also poor and reinforced our feeling of being pleased to leave. Overall a nice hotel with great staff but I've stayed in better for the price and wouldn't return.

 AWE Mazing!!!!
Beautiful beaches. Clean hotel. Friendly staff and everyone goes above and beyond. Can not wait to come back. Gift shop is pricy but then again when isn't it. We released sea turtles. Seam in crystal clear water. Had great drinks and the time of our life. Steak house and buffet are the best. Cheers.

 Book it's amazing best beach
Stop looking and book this hotel!!!It ticked so many boxes - pay extra and get an ocean view room it's so worth the money best view ever 2 wake up 2 Beach perfect - pool over looks beach perfect Service is amazing!!Best all inclusive I have been on Perfect for my 3 year old and 5 month old as small enough 2 get around but big enough 2 have plenty 2 do Food is amazingGreeting when you arrive is wonderful - cold town, flowers and a drink The hotel smells like a spa Use the credits for the spa it's so worth it - it's amazing best facial and message I have ever had I'm so sad I didn't book 14 nights - 7 is not long enough :( Even the wine is great for an all inclusive BOOK it - you will love it Thanks 2 the lovely staff especially Chef Gabriela Karla Ernesto Yadira All the staff are amazing just can't remember all the names

 Going Downhill Fast....
I'll keep this short......Palace Resorts does not care about you...they care about $$ signs and maintaining their image. They have so many clever and interesting ways to separate you from your money...from the invisible resort credits" promotion (which are actually pretty worthless, except for the spa services) to doing you a favor at check-in by magically having an oceanfront room available - for only an additional few hundred dollars! We have stayed previously at the Sun Palace and Moon Palace resorts and were very happy with them. But it now appears that Palace resorts only wants to sell you a "membership". We were hounded for 2 straight days (thanks, Cesar!) to come hear their promotion, even after politely declining multiple times. About this property in particular - I sure hope that the "membership" club rooms were in better condition than our lowly "guest" room - our room condition had us wondering when the last time anybody had even taken a look around - from the mold in the shower to the cracks in the ceiling, to the 2 electrical outlets in the room that didn't even work. Won't be coming back here, or to any Palace Resort in the future.

 Beach Palace Cancun
This was my first trip to Mexico, and my first all-inclusive stay at a hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful at every turn. The Tequila buffet restaurant was excellent and where we ate most meals. The food was varied and excellent quality, as was the restaurant service.Nothing to complain about - just a great stay.

 The Beach waiters/waitress and bartenders
Angl,Noe, Luis and all the rest running around in very very hot weather to get my sisters bucket of water and this and that. All with a smile and a no problem. Thanks guys for putting up with my sister!More

 Lovely Stay
From the moment we checked in until the very last moment, our stay at Beach Palace was lovely. We were welcomed so warmly, it seemed surreal. On our last day, everyone came to take a picture with us and wish a good trip home. We felt like royalty! Our room upgrade resulted in being placed directly opposite the elevator - when we called to remedy, it was solved in a reasonable amount of time.The room is a good size, but there's only a little amount of storage space, so as long as everyone keeps things in relative order, it's do-able. I was also concerned about the double beds (usually we sleep in a queen or a king) - but they were super comfy beds!We had some weather which prevented some of the evening entertainment but our first night was clear and we were impressed by the Michael Jackson show - pure entertainment. Well done, Damien and the entertainment crew! Your "MJ" was very good, and your entire dance cast has obvious talent!We made use of the gym facility and a lot of the beach/pool activities like zumba and yoga on surfboards. Thanks Gustavo, Lucy and "namaste" Emma!The food was great and made it easy to keep everything in balance with all the fresh veggies and fruits. We had heard of a poor dining experience at one of the a la carte restaurants but it was not our experience at all, again, just superior customer care. Thanks Luis, Reyes, Aaron and Daniela.We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Cancun area, particularly with kids. Our oldest stayed with us most of the day, but our youngest liked to go hang out in the kids club - the arts and crafts, colouring and toys were much craved by her after we had been "on the road" for more than a week. Estefania and Kristell were wonderful.

 Fantastic
My daughter and i spent 6 days here. Attentive friendly service, fantastic food choice and quality, best location and activities. Especially loved the yoga sessions with Emma she was friendly, experienced and caring. Thank you.More

 3 days 2 nights
The recent upgrade of the rooms are great, especially if you are a member as we are. Yet the hotel caters to a younger, louder crowd. In addition families are also a priority. So if you like a more quieter setting with out being hassled by vendors, I suggest another place. Also do not go for the presentations/orientations because the sales personnel will harass you. They were terrible. The beach is nice and the water was wonderful.The restaurants and staff were pleasant and welcoming.

 Very nice stay but not perfect
Great food and service and beach and rooms! Listing the complaints here: --The bathrooms smelled terrible, too much air freshener--The kids play are smelled strongly like bubble gum, i wouldn't have my kids breathe that --Two of the salesmen selling hotel memberships were very high pressure, they play the "good guy" "bad guy" game.... really terrible. And they lied to us...

 Beach Palace , Cancun
After reading some reviews about the hotel we had some reservations about it and wondered if we had made the wrong choice, ( we have been to Cancun 4 times). However we were definitely not disappointed. We loved every minute of our holiday and could not believe some of the negative reviews we had read.Check in was very quick and smooth, greeted with cold drink, cool towel and flowers on arrival, we were in our room within ten minutes. We were on the 9th floor with a view over the lagoon and what a great view it was, in my opinion better than the sea view. We would lay on the big double sun lounger on our balcony and catch the last of the sun, tremendous.The room was very big, huge double jacuzzi, king size bed a well stocked mini bar, stocked every day. Room cleaned and towels changed every day.Never had a problem getting a sun bed either on the beach or at the pool side, all with parasols. Sky bar has 2 pools one with a swim up bar, again no problem getting a sun bed, very hot up there .Always something going on at the pool or beach, congratulation to the entertainment staff who worked very hard and kept us entertained, Gustavo.All the bars were excellent, the staff are amazing, nothing to much trouble for them and always smiling.The food was good and plentiful, you will never go hungry. I could go on and on. Overall we had a great time met some great people and woul definitely go back.The staff here are all amazing, to many to mention but a big thanks to Yadira Celene, Carolina Reyes, Berardo Roman, Gustavo. & Karla.Ernest Arturo, Janett Sonia.Thanks to all.

 Fantastic every time!
We stayed at the Beach Palace last June 2017 for the third time, my wife, my daughter and I, and every time we are pleased and charmed. The hotel and the rooms are great, the restaurants very good, the beach amazing, but the staff is what makes it special. Each morning we were pampered and taken care of for breakfast by Gabriel, Diego and Ramon our waiters, Sonia and Brenda the hostesses and Gustavo the captain, and that was such a wonderful way to start each day of vacation at the Beach Palace.We will go back again in the future for sure, wishing to see them again.Jean-Francois Albert
