GO HERE!!! Great place, great price!!
I contacted the hotel reservations dept via email several times before my arrival with various questions & requests. They were always pleasant & accommodating. The hotel was beautiful & the room romantic, and we enjoyed the activities & nightly entertainment so much. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The sushi bar outside of the pool was very convenient for a quick snack, and we enjoyed playing ping pong while our sushi was being made. The staff even brought baby sea turtles for everyone to see & hold. We had a great time here, and we will definitely be back!!

Grand Oasis Sens not ot so Grand anymore
Firstly I want to say that my husband and I have stayed at this resort now 4 times and have always loved this place. However upon our current stay we have noticed that the Grand Oasis Sens has a few glaring issue's. 1. Check in. We arrived at 1 pm and I know that 3 is the usual check in time however the place was almost vacant so I am sure one Sean kahan room was available but we were told we had to wait till 3pm. After multiple request to get our room we were given one at around 230. 2. All new employees. Wow everyone we come to know has all left the resort such as Luis from the box and Victor from the VIP bar. I realize that people move on but when all your long time people leave it should tell you something. Luis was the most raved about Oasis employee on TripAdvisor.3. Food quality has really really suffered we used to eat at the sian kahan beach bar and they had the best burgers but now all they have is the hippy chick menu that has burgers that are the worst tasting ever. Also last night only 2 resultants were open and the buffet is not open for dinner at all through the stay. I would say the food grade is B at best possibly the lowest quality allowed for human consumption and worse than a college cafeteria. 4. Construction this is one of my biggest complaints because they did not tell us that the property was undergoing renovations and when we requested a refund they told us to call Expedia so we did and Expedia advised us that the hotel charges a 2 night penalty per person to cancel. My main issue is they should have told us and we would have booked elsewhere. Not much of a vacation with hammers going all day and we'll into the night. I realize that renovations have to happen to improve the property but they should have advised us prior to booking or at least offered a full refund. Like I said it is almost like haha now we have your money too bad. It should be noted that the resort gave us a 200$ spa credit however that is only a start. 5. Unfortunately the entire Oasis Sens resort is very very tired, dated and is need or a major renovation not simply a minor lipstick on a pig type of renovation. Close the entire property and gut it floor to ceiling wall to wall. Then reopen as a brand new resort. 6. Yellow water from taps and not a faint yellow a nasty yellow.7. No more Sian KAHAN beach club bar with food service exclusive to Sian Kahan members. 8. Airconditioning in the room is completely absent I believe that if they cleaned the filters this may help but hey I am just a traveller. Now for the positives.1. Staff try very hard to assist however all the issues encountered at this resort are a product of the corporation. 2. Changes in the front lobby with glass walls being installed allows the airconditioning to cool the lounge areas and check in areas. However this again is lipstick on a pig and won't help long term. 3. The Buffet now has airconditioning that works but hey that I feel is a requirement not a option. We unfortunately will not be staying at the Oasis Sens again until they do a complete remodel and a proper one at that. We really wanted to say Oasis we love you too but we just can't at this time. One question I have for the owners of the Oasis is. Does the Oasis Love us because it sure does not seem that way. Kyle and Chris 4 time Oasis Sens customers.

 Birthday trip
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the hotel was clean. It was dated and a bit warn, but if you don't get hung up on that, it was an excellent place to vacation.More

 Grand Oasis Sens
Fun place to spend time at the beach. Get involved in the activities from beach volleyball to bingo for even more fun. We tried just about everything. Most of the restaurants serve good, wholesome food. Absolutely, try the specialty restaurants. We tried the Box and the Black Hole for very interesting meals. The restaurants are truly worth it.

 Amizing Trip
I can only review my experience and to me, it exceeded my expectations. I arrived at 1:45pm and immediately was brought to the check in for Sian Ka'an, which took about 10 min. While there I was offered a drink, and they had Johnny Walker Black (impressed). My room (243) was ready early and it had a nice hot tub on the balcony. The A/C unit did drip water slightly from the vent, but with humidity close to 90%, it was not an issue to me. Yes it could have been colder, but I was never uncomfortable. I ordered room service and started my day.The pool is amazing and the view was even better. There are plenty of daily activities with quick access to food and drinks. I ate at Maki Taco, Muérdeme Mucho, Coba, Moonlight, Hippie Chic, and the Black Hole (one of the best dining experience of my life). All the food I had during my stay was delicious, but I am am not picky. The staff here works extremely hard at painting, repairing, cleaning, and everyone I came in contact was very friendly. I'm sure others had different experiences, and maybe some make minor flaws into major issues, but my trip was exactly what I had expected and I will definitely be returning. Tip: Take advantage of the 'Runaway' program and visit the other Oasis properties. We went to the Pyramid at the Grand Oasis and had dinner during Red Circus. This performance is not to be missed.Tip: Tip. These people work very hard and a major portion of their income comes from gratuity. Making the staff happy will ultimately make you happy. Be sure to bring all your tipping money in advance because getting money or finding change proved to be an issue.Tip for Hotel: Make it easier for guests to change money at the front desk. I was told I would have to get on a bus for five minutes to find a bank. I had several $20 bills that I wanted changed into $1 or pesos and was unable to. The money was back to the staff and I was not able make this conversion on the property.

 Fun Place
Fun place but need to be open minded! Foam pool party a hoot and the guy that runs it is a riot of laughs. Be careful with their "packages and upgrades". Very hard to get into the restaurants if you don't have the top package. The Back Hole Restaurant - blind tasting is a must

 Not Good
Our stay was April 6th-11th, 2017. We booked this hotel knowing it would not be a 5 star resort. We booked it as we were under the impression this was a fairly nice, good, fun, topless optional, party resort. Our 1st room was in the “remodeled” 9th floor. The room was disappointing since it did not have a balcony or tub both of which we booked & paid for. After hours of deliberation with the Concierge, we moved to a room on the 8th floor. It was actually the same as the 1st room but had a balcony and tub. Yay!We only had hot water on our 1st & last day. The electric went out several times. The elevators worked sporadically. The lines for dinner reservations were ridiculous so we were unable to book at their specialty restaurants. There were lines to the buffet, as well as at the Hippie Chick for lunch. The food was poor.Pool drinks are served in small, plastic cups. I actually watched the swim-up bartender run out to pick up cups & “wash” them. Very risky to use one of their cups that were obviously not properly cleaned.Room service came with an $11.00 delivery fee. The hotel was littered with stairs. Unnecessary stairs that were not serving any purpose other than being hazardous. The only saving this bad experience were other guests!! We met some very nice people who made our stay better. Other than the guests we met, the good things were the coffee shop, the foam party & beach.Nelson in Concierge was the only staff member who was pleasant and helpful. Nelson deserves a big shout out for providing the best customer service during a difficult situation. PS-the hotel next door, to the south offers great beach massages for $40.Unless the hotel under goes extensive renovations, we will not return.

Initially Worried But Had a Good Time
Booking this hotel was a departure from what my wife and I usually book. The main reason why we chose Grand Oasis Sens was because we were traveling with friends who had a specific price in mind (budget price range) who also didn't want to stay in a dump. Grand Oasis Sens seemed to fit the bill (the fact it was adults-only was a bonus) although as I monitored reviews leading up to our trip I was very discouraged about how things would be. While I'd say that reviews (for any resort) should be taken with a grain of salt, I believe the fact that I read so many also helped temper my expectations and make the most of our trip. I'll preface that we go to Mexico fairly often (at least twice a year) so that experience also assisted with being prepared for almost anything.Things were far from faultless: our check in wasn't the fastest, the first room we received was already occupied (we laughed this off instead of getting mad), restaurants sometimes took long to get food, half of the front desk closed for the week because the roof had major leaks due to heavy rain, reservation desk is supposed to open at 8am but no one shows up until 8:30am, etc - a lot but honestly nothing major enough that we were going to let derail our trip with good friends. You absolutely MUST take initiative and make reservations to the restaurants. If you allow yourself to miss out on these you're almost guaranteed to hate your stay here. Post vacation, I'd say this one aspect hands down transformed our vacation in the best way. We continued to say that if we didn't bother with reservations and stuck to just the general (non-reservation) option of buffet we too would be among the many bad reviewers. With this said it may not be easy. For me, it was - mainly because I am naturally an extremely early riser so without fail I was first in line on any given day I decided I wanted to make reservations. Sure you're on vacation, but if you want to experience the full potential of this resort you or someone in your group should make the effort to wake up at least one day and make as many reservations as you can. They will usually only allow you to make reservations for up to 2-3 nights ahead, no farther. Which means to get dates past that you will have to plan to make reservations early at least once more during a standard 7 night stay - worth it. In some cases I was able to make reservations outside of the regular process based on being nice and making friends with some of the specific staff at certain restaurants themselves - this is not guaranteed but if you're someone with charm/gift of gab, give it a try. The hotel itself was far from the nicest my wife and I have stayed at however their food program in the a-la-carts restaurants was one of the best I've experienced. For example they actually had correct flavored truffle components most of their restaurants - most Mexican restaurants state "truffle" because their dish has some sort of mushroom in it, which is not the same but this place actually have truffle honey, and truffle aioli - as tasty as a dish I'd get at home. The offerings are plentiful and most dishes hit the mark. Our favorites were Sakura Sunset, the Benazuza breakfast (which is free and not really known about) although The Box, Taco Maki, Moonlight, Muerdeme Mucho and Hippy Chic Grill were all very good as well. Black Hole (dining in the dark) was a cool experience, the food was hit or miss - tip: bring a sweater or wear a long sleeve, it's pretty cold in that room.Another common complaint among the reviews was that people couldn't get seats by the pool. Yes, people reserve chairs here and yes there are signs saying not to but after many years of vacationing (specifically in Mexico) this is just the game we have to play. At one point. I actually saw someone saving a huge block of about 6 chairs using their bed sheet from the room, which was a bit far fetched and more so humorous. I'd suggest not to use a bed sheet however I would say for the sake of sanity and enjoying your vacation/pool time, do reserve chairs as early as you can but try to be courteous as well. Don't reserve more chairs than you have bodies (i.e. Don't reserve a chair designated for you to pile your belongings on). Don't reserve a chair early and then don't come out to the pool until noon. Don't put your belongings on the ground between your chair and the person next to you's chair - effectively blocking that access in and out. I never had any issues getting the chairs we wanted everyday (once again because of being an early riser) and my vacation was better for it.Our room was okay, dated a bit but fine. Never had any issues with AC. Toilet flush pressure is very low so it tricks you every time into thinking it won't flush but it does eventually. Brought earplugs and was never bothered with noise. Mini fridge was stocked daily. Our room was cleaned almost every day we were there. There is theft in this resort - there is theft in a lot of Mexican resorts and vacation destination resorts as a whole. With that said, I have never had anything stolen in all my travels because I limit the opportunities. Don't bring anything super valuable that you don't really need in the first place. Don't use the safes (this is where a lot of the theft happens). I don't even like trusting the safe in Canadian hotels so I definitely don't in Mexico. If by chance you have valuables you needed to bring I've always found locking it away in my hard case suitcase does the trick. And don't use those flimsy dollar store luggage locks either - make the investment and buy a decent one. At the end of the day I like to think people are good at heart but once again you have to limit the opportunity for theft. We spoke to a number of people at the pool who experienced it during our trip.We did not upgrade and personally I didn't feel a need to. I only drink premium alcohol and never had an issue getting the drink/brand I wanted. I tipped $1 usd every couple of drinks and they kept flowing (in many cases without even needing to ask). The private Sian Kaan lounge was almost always empty so no one was really even taking advantage of it and most people want to be social and around other people having a good time, which was happening in the lobby bar. The Sian Kaan pool and beach area wasn't anything special either - save your money. The entertainment was decent, live performances almost every night I believe. The downstairs kinky bar gets crowded and stuffy but on some nights has fun shows. We went into the town one night with the hotel entertainment team to The City nightclub and it was fun - good music but classic sardine can.Tips:- walk to the Playa Delfinas beach only about 7-10min walk from the hotel. Beautiful beach with a great photo op in front of the big colorful "CANCUN" sign.- definitely bring your own travel mugs (yeti's, bubba kegs, etc) - take the lids off before handing the cup to the bartender and always tip them when they fill those monstrous cups - you do have to get your own pool drinks (no pool waiters) but take the opportunity to meet new people at the bar and just cool off in the pool (swim up bar)- the pool is topless and there were a handful partaking in this at any given time - don't be creep and gawk, everyone is there to have a good time and enjoy their vacation - if you're someone that gets omelettes every morning, don't forget to tip the omelette chef every once in a while.- the cigar bar was a cool spot to spend a bit of an evening after dinner. They had flavored hookahs (you pay for) for non-cigar smokers, its fairly cool in this room too so bring a sweater if that bothers you. Overall despite the negative reviews leading up to it, my wife and our friends had a good trip.

 Awesome!!!
Our stay at Grand Oasis Sens was a memorable one. Me and my wife had a great time. When we got there we were given room which was not sea facing. When we asked it to be changed they gladly did and put us in a room very close to the beach (Room 247). The room was clean and well kept. The dressers are little old and repainted but overall we loved it. The staff is very courteous. Foods is even better, Good variety and choices. Remember to bring some formals for couple of their restaurants require it.

 would not return
The reason for our stay at Oasis Sens in September was actually a "free" trip. We originally booked at Oasis through Groupon in April. When we arrived, there were roof leaks and water all over the floor. They told us our room was also affected and they would have to send us to a different resort and give us the option to return within a year for free. From the looks of it, they weren't offering this to everyone as there was still people staying at the resort. We decided to return in September and I looked up the reviews a couple days before and they were AWFUL. My boyfriend told me the typical "only people who are mad write reviews, so they will all be bad". He was totally wrong. When we arrived I could definitely see what everyone was talking about. We got some sort of VIP check in so we sat down in an office and was explained everything, so we did not have any issues with "rude staff" at check in like most reviews. We got lucky and got an ocean view room, which was great and looked just liked the pictures. Our issue began when we decided to go down to the beach after check in. The beach is very hard to get to and this was annoying for us because this is the main reason we come to Mexico. This resort is more for “pool people”. The pool (two large pools) are right outside the door and down the stairs. To get to the beach, you have to walk all the way around the two large pools, and down two different sets of stairs to even reach the sand. Where this resort is located, the water is super rough pretty much always, which means the “red flag” is almost always up which means you cannot even put your feet in the water before a lifeguard starts running over and begins yelling in Spanish and pointing to the sign. We watched multiple people forced to walk away from the water, even if they were just walking towards the water the lifeguard would freak out. Most people come to Mexico to be in the baby blue water with a drink in their hand, not screamed at for walking towards the water. It was very frustrating because just one resort down there were 10-20 people in the water WITH a lifeguard keeping watch. We decided right then to visit Isla Mujeras for multiple days of our trip because we could not stand another day at this resort. The worst part about being at the beach (the whole reason we came), you have to walk up both sets of stairs and all the way around the huge pool to even reach a bar for a drink. There seemed to be a beach bar that was closed and I never saw it open. We spent day 2 and 3 on the island and it was 100% better than the water/beach in cancun. The last day before we left we stayed at the resort and there was actually a “yellow flag” which meant the lifeguard wouldn’t freak out. I could hardly even get in the water without getting knocked down by the rough waves. The sand was rough and seaweed everywhere. After two perfect days at Isla Mujeras, we were unimpressed. Our second issue was the required reservations for dinner. They stop taking reservations at 1pm and check in is at 3pm so the first day you are just SOL. There are a few places that you can walk in but the food was bland, and because of the weather most places were closed. We went in the office at 8am the 2nd day (when they start taking reservations) and there was already a line. Every one in line was complaining. We were told there were no reservations available for that day, but we could make one for the 3rd day. That means we were unable to make the “required” reservations for THREE DAYS. That is absolutely insane for the amount of money people pay to stay here. So end of story, 4 days at Oasis Sens, and we only ate there once. All inclusive is not worth it in the end, when it comes to a place like this. Staff was always friendly and there was no issue. In the end, if you are a person who likes to travel to a different county just to go to the pool, you might enjoy this place. If not, I would look somewhere else.

 Bartender Miguel! :)
The staff here is amazing! We have met several people who have gone above and beyond to give us the very best service! We met Miguel at the Lobby bar and he is extremely friendly and makes the BEST drinks. It has been fun speaking Spanglish with our new friend! He was also a bartender at the beach and gave us top notch service bringing drinks straight to our beach chairs! Highly recommend coming here and following our friend Miguel to whichever bar he is serving drinks at!

WORST hotel I've ever seen in Cancun and I go there ALOT!! We had to check out after 1 night.
There was ZERO A/C in the hotel. There was some very mediocre A/C in the lobby but it was still hot in there. The room was BOILING, everything in there was damp because of the humidity & we found out the the A/C in the whole hotel has been on the rocks for MONTHS. Our room had mold and mildew because of the lack of A/C and humidity. There was no Wifi in the rooms and staff couldn't have cared less about our issues (understandable to an extent as there was always 10's of people in line to complain at any one time)I spoke to some honeymooners who informed me that they checked into their "honeymoon suite" which was boiling hot and moldy smelling to find melted chocolate covered strawberries all over the bed. She cried, and I don't blame her, can you imagine. I booked this hotel last minute as a girls getaway where we didn't want to spend as much money as some of the other resorts I usually frequent. My standards range from the Le blanc spa all the way to some MUCH LOWER end hotels in Cancun and I am not fussy/difficult to please. HOWEVER, I have NEVER been so horrified and disappointed. with a hotel in Cancun. I have paid less money to stay in hotels that on paper are ALOT WORSE than this hotel. However this hotel is THE WORST I have stayed in. When checking in we were only given one key for two people, we asked for another one and we were told to come back tomorrow morning to see if they could make us a second key.. LOL. I should have known from there that this was not going to be a pleasant experience. We checked out first thing the next morning and moved to another mid range hotel with a similar price where EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. So this is not a case of you get what you pay for, just a case of a hotel that is falling apart and staff who don't care.I wouldnt stay here again if they were paying me.

 Had a great time
I was a little worried when I saw some of the reviews but my friends and I had a wonderful time at the Grand Oasis Sens. The lobby had AC and the check in and check out was easy. The rooms were clean and our bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. I enjoyed the many different dinning options and variety of pools that they had. I didn't try the Black Hole or Moonlight restaurant but out of the ones I went to The Box was my favorite. We went there twice. Fabiola at The Box was so friendly and attentive. The Hippie Chick was a great lunch place and Sakura had a beautiful view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Uylsis at the pool was constantly bringing us drinks and took very good care of us. The Cabaret Burlesque was very entertaining and we had an epic Karaoke night on Monday. Best Karaoke night ever!

 Amazing
The resort is gorgeous, rooms are beautiful. The staff keeps it so clean. Check in and out was so fast. All the staff were very helpful. Entertainment was amazing so erotic and fun. I met other people who were on vacation and they were fun too. I will highly recommend this resort. The only thing is I felt the drinks were too watered down. Some of the restaurants you had to make reservations. I think they should have more food selections. One of the pools were shut down and they need to have watch your step signs around some parts of the pools especially when you are in the main pool around the wet bar I seen a couple people stumbled including my self. Kinky bar was so much fun and so was the boat ride. I was great to see so much different nationalities and ages coming together. Amazing resort happy tears.

Amazing Hotel for the Price One of the Best in Cancun
Ignore the bad reviews. Some people can't be pleased I am convinced. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted. We did the Grand Plus, and had a nice ocean view, and it gave us access to sister resorts with ease. Our room was clean, AC worked beautifully, and we even got champagne/wine and strawberries in celebration of our anniversary. Victor at reception was VERY friendly and made our reservations for both Sakura and Black Hole. The food at Sakura completely high end, Onel and Julio were amazing servers who took great care of us...we stayed after and had Martini's. The lighting and view were so romantic. You must try Black Hole...if you can get in; which we did. What a cool/freaky and overall insane experience to eat in the dark. I won't give anything away. Hugo and his team of entertainers were very good, and made our night. One of our other highlights was at Red Circus at Grand Oasis Pyramid. DO IT! The dinner was extra, but we had the best table in front and along with cocktails and steak...saw a show that was better than some Cirque shows. Amando and Juan were attentive, and treated us like royalty. We had so much fun. Best of the vacation was the Kinky Club, and the entertainment staff like Gustavo and Neybi Baby. The shows were mostly burlesque, but every night was a new show...again better than any shows we have seen at other resorts! Afterward they play music, and we closed down the bar every night. The hotel even provides snacks for late night clubers! We did the pirate cruise which was included free! We also went to the Cigar lounger, but this was extra but worth it! The pools were gorgeous and clean. Even the buffet was so good, oh and the Mexican Restaurant, Italian - Moonlight and Hippie Chick by the pool...so GOOD! We ate everything. Some even had bands or mariachi in them for additional ambiance. The bartenders were hard working and we never got sick. Do I think the alcohol is nasty...yes, this would be my only complaint. Next time we will buy a bottle of Grey Goose and bring with us instead. The wine bar called The Box was also fantastic...and the Malbec was outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about this resort, and yes tipping a few bucks goes a long way! Best of all NO KIDS!!! We met so many wonderful people and made great friendships for a lifetime. There was always something to do or see. Nightly our mini fridge was stocked with soda, water and beer. This was exactly the trip we needed! Would love to see if they treat us any different when we come back! Hope they remember us.Don't expect your room to be ready if you arrive early, instead go eat and drink and explore while you wait!

 Inexpensive Girls Trip
The Grand Oasis Sens is not a 5-star property. From the beginning it was obvious the building had been renovated on the outside but not updated behind the glitter. As other reviewers mentioned, the beds were hard, we had difficulty cooling our room and there was a over hanging mildewy smell in parts of the resort; but with that said, you get what you pay for. I was with my best friend for a girls get-a-way on a budget. This is an all inclusive, and that is what we got. Nothing cost us extra, from the special dining experiences, to the stocked refrigerator to cocktails. The view was exceptionally beautiful, the pools were great, the beach complete with chairs and thatched roof umbrellas, and the resort kept clean and presentable. I enjoyed my stay and felt we got our money's worth!

Bad value at a sub par hotel
This hotel needs work. The rooms and common areas smell like mold and mildew. The coffee shop is especially rancid smelling. The food is really awful, Benazuza excepting. The food there was good, but an additional $75 pp. ( no wonder it was the only good food at Sens.Maybe it's a good value if you like cheap food and copious bad liquor, and or on Spring break. We ended up eating elsewhere, and were happy to leave

 Horrible Stay
From the moment we check in the problems started, we got the Sian Ka`an Club Suite with Plunge Pool for our anniversary, and a b-day surprise. Well we get the hotel room key, and go to the room, and it was just a king room with a hot tub on a 3ft by 5 ft balcony, WHICH IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS!! and the hot tub was spitting out smelly yellow/ orange water!!!! We go back to the VIP check in, and there's ONE staff and 7 groups there to check in, after 40 min waiting I go to the NORMAL check in area, and they guy at the front desk tells me, " oh the color of your wrist band, I cant help you here, you need to go to the VIP lounge" IM NOT LYING!!! my mouth about hit the floor!!!! so I go back to the VIP to wait another 1.5 hours to be helped, then she tells me that I have to wait till tomorrow to change rooms since they are booked up. Things happen so we went on our way to enjoy the first day, we get back to the hotel room around 10pm, and the A/C is not working, so I rush to the VIP lounge and she told us again that there's nothing she can do since they are booked. So we slept in a room that was 87 degrees the first night. We wake up the next morning to ANTS crawling all over us!!!! I go down to the VIP area since they open at 7am, and they still weren't open till 730am, I finally get a manager around 1030am and they say that they can't help us, and so I told them that I was not leaving this lounge nor letting anyone in-front of me to check in till they moved me, so they right away moved us to the room we requested, the second day we go to the gym to workout, and its under renovation, which NO WHERE they tell you this when you book your reservation. They offer to take us up to their sister property 15 min down the road if we would like, but we would have to wait for a shuttle, 15-20 min wait. NOPE! We go on our way to relax by their second pool, which is soooo beautiful, and guess what, ITS CLOSED for renovations, and the restaurant that was out by the pool, its closed as well for renovations. So back to the VIP lounge that we wait another 45 min to talk to someone asking why none of this is on their website, they say nothing and so that made us so much more upset, with them just looking at us as if we are their inconvenience. AND MAKE SURE YOU BOOK ALL YOUR DINNER RESERVATIONS THE DAY YOU GET THERE, if not you will be eating the buffet the entire time. The VIP wrist band, does hardly anything for you except gets you a cabana on the beach, you go to ANY bar, you get the bottom shelf drink, esp at the swim up bar/pool. So you read the other review, BELIEVE THEM, THEY ARE TRUE!!!!

 Worst stay ever in Cancun
The front desk staff were not very friendly and not helpful at all. It took almost 2 hours to check in and when I finally did the key didn't work so I had to go back and stand in line again to get a new key. Outside my room they were working on this huge hole in the ceiling so there was a constant mess in the hall (pictures attached). Maybe would explain why the AC didn't work or the sink. They put is above the night club so there was no sleeping until after 2 am when it shut down. There was an inch separation from the door and the door frame so you could see out in the hall and hear everyone walking in the hall. Any time we complained they would say "we are right on it" and we would never get a response or call or any one to help. Horrible staff and horrible hotel unless you are looking for a budget inn on the beach then I'd look somewhere else.

Terrible Hotel, Misleading advertising, bad service, worst attitude
On the internet the hotel claims to have 12 restaurants, upon arrival they gave us a list, in which one had a cost and 3 were closed, but we only had access without reservation to 1 on the same day. Reservations for restaurants were almost impossible. When I complained to reservation clerk she answered it was not her problem!. Internet does not work from rooms, they also said to have internet and does not have any disclosure, they tell you if you want access you have to go to a public area.Quality of drinks was bad, entertainment is mediocre

 Amazing!
Highly suggest everyone to upgrade to VIP package and make sure to bring lots of singles!!! These people took great care of us and ofcourse we took great care of them! They ended up already knowing us by name and what drinks we liked. VIP employee SAT ( that's her name ) always went above and beyond for us as well.

 Grand oasis sens
This place is dirty and disgusting, cockroaches, ants and bugs everywhere! Sewer dripping from the ceiling and buckets everywhere, so unsanitary, everything was stained and dirty. The food in the restaurants was un edible, the crab was like cat food and the burgers were cut with lots of breadcrumbs. The tub didn't drain when you took a shower, and the stains in the shower and tub made you feel dirty. When you tried to order a drink they would not make eye contact or even act like they heard you when they clearly did.The windows were filthy and the deck was chipped and peeling. The private pools had broken wood all around it, beware of splinters. The LHVC was a 1 man staff and always playing the disappearing act.I would NEVER recommend this filthy place to anyone.

 TERRIBLE HOTEL AND TERRIBLE COMPANY
Air conditioning was not working when we arrived the offered to give us a room over looking the street or fix the air. We opted for fixing the air. When we returned from dinner the air was still broken and there was just a large puddle on the ground under the A/C unit. We called the front desk to tell them that the air was still not working and they said they would send someone in the next 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and again they said someone was on their way. Finally at 1 am the repair man showed up and we had fallen asleep by then. When I asked to speak to a manager in the morning I was told he was busy and I could write my complaint down and someone would contact me; which I have not received. DO NOT STAY HERE

 NO REGRETS
I just came back home from a Cancún vacation and this hotel. This was a recommendation from my best friend and her boyfriend and even though I read awful reviews I decided to just go ahead and try it. Thank God I did.First of all, I purchased this vacation package via Orbit and I paid for the regular room. During my check-in, they had a problem with the housekeeping department because the rooms weren't ready to be assigned so they made us what almost 1 hour. Honestly this was the only part of the vacation that I didn't like much at the moment but I can say it was worth it because they gave us an upgrade to the Sian Ka'an vip area. It was a total surprise because I didn't know I was being upgraded so you can imagine my face when I walked in the beautiful room with an outdoor jacuzzi facing the sea. Besides that I have no more complaints. Food was delicious in all restaurants and service was great. We made a lot of friends and had so much fun. This is definitely a couples hotel or if you're single and looking to have R-rated fun this is definitely the place for you. There are no rules here or inhibitions and I loved that, you can just be your sexy self and forget about everything or anyone else.I definitely recommend this and I can't wait to go back.

 Third Time a little disappointing
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Grand Oasis Sens for the third year in a row. We were in the Siaan Kan Rooms - Our room was beautiful and the plunge pool was great. Andres took great care of us in the VIP section. Alehandro was our bartender in the VIP lounge and he was fantastic. Sometimes Guataloupe was there and she was equally enjoyable. Though some days it rained they were on hand participating in good conversations and providing excellent drinks. I was also impressed by their professionalism. Often times all inclusive resorts get criticized for over serving patrons. On one occasion in particular Alehandro refused to serve alcohol to a patron and at other times he politely offered bottles of water and encouraged one or two to hydrate a bit. The VIP lounge always had a selection of things to eat on hand including fresh fruit and this was always appreciated. Several times a day we went to get Café American at the Café and Magdalena and Monserrat were so friendly. Special mention needs to be made of Lizette in the Siaan Kan bar down by the pool. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service to all her patrons. During the foam party she ran along the ledge in the middle of the poor to provide drinks to her customers. She was always in great humour - even in cases when people who were not supposed to be in the Siaan Kan sections had to be asked to leave multiple times.Overall, the grounds are beautiful, the service is outstanding and the staff are hands down their best asset. Why we were a little disappointed this time around - the food has changed this time in comparison to previous visits. It was clear that the problem was the low occupancy rate - their typical buffet would not have been cost effective. The buffet was only open for breakfast and the amount of vegetables was limited. For the remainder of the meals options were limited further still because some of the restaurants were closed for renovations. On days it rained quite hard the hippie chick closed and it was one of the few places you could get a salad. We did eat at Sakura and received excellent service from Eyder and Onell but the menu was changed from last year with the quality of the food not quite the same. I have seen a few posts that suggest VIP or Siaan Kan are not worth the extra money and I would strongly disagree. In addition to 24 hour room service and premium drinks you also have the VIP menu at the Siaan Kan bar by the pool. You also have access to 2 VIP pools and exclusive beach cabanas restricted to Siaan Kan. The VIP pool and Siaan Kan areas tend to attract couples who are interested in a more relaxed, intimate experience than what is found at the main pool - well worth the extra money. In future if we were to return we would do so when the hotel would likely have a higher occupancy. I think the buffet would then be open for dinner and the food available would likely be what we had become accustomed to in the past.

 Phenomenal
There was not one thing I could say badly about this place. The food was FANTASTIC. The Benazuza experience was unreal. The couple's massage was amazing. The romantic dinner on the beach was well worth it. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with your own pool, oceanfront. We had our own pool on our balcony with panoramic views overlooking the ocean, it was the most amazing experience. The staff is beyond helpful. I'd absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

 Where shall I begin....
Entering hotel- hot lobby-No AC in elevator. Hotbox- longest check in- vents were leaking and floor was wet Hallways- huge leaks in different parts of the hotel. to the pt it was a huge puddle and going down the stairs in TORRE A.- mildew smell VIP Sian Kan room. - curtains on the floor - mini fridge empty ( promised a full mini bar)- ants in tub and sink- brown/yellow water ( not only the first day but the other days of my stay as well)-mildew/moist smell ( stunk my entire cloths in my luggage)- no lamps ( other rooms had lamps)- the main door to get in to the VIP section was always locked. SUPER ANNOYING!- the pool in the room.. you press the button to get the water flowing and brown bubbles started to emerge on the sides. Food-bars close at 6p- most restaurants closed. Only one opened was muderme mucho, others are reserved or closed... not much of a selection -Benazuna had a nice cocktail hour. open minded place. over 20 different dishes to try. they dont tell you this at reservation. -Sakura and chikki hut only decent food. ( only place that had a good burger)- breakfast was not the best. - ice cream machine never worked my entire stay ( 5 days)Pools were not cleaned, esp the 7ft pool. They control the AC. You think you are controlling it but they have it set at a certain temp, and at a certain time in ALL ROOMS! Lobby is hot and humid and at a certain time there's AC. One good thing that i liked was that the linen was changed more often than my usual stay at hotels. The people are nice but the hotels needs some serious picker uppers. So much for being an adult resort.

 Mediocre
Half the restaurants and bars were closed leaving us with very limited choice each day and night. Breakfast was poor unless you love heavy sweet things and quite early finishing at 10.30 not always ideal no brunch options in the resort. Drinks are fairly cheap alcohol and poolside service is virtually non existent leaving me to think staff are not encouraged to offer patrons unlimited access. Staff are super friendly and very accomadating but the hotel as a whole lets itself down by cutting corners on luxuries.

I'm here now and so far unhappy
I'm here now, waited about an hour in the Sian Ka'an vip area to check in. No one is around. A bunch of people are waiting. Finally after I walked to the regular check in they find someone. She's overwhelmed and just rushing through everything. We finally get to our room. AC is warm, no running water at all. I go back down to the check in, she gives me the "It's being fixed now speech" after about an hour it's still warm in the room, no water. I call front desk, after 10 mins someone answers and they said they'll send someone. 2 hours later nothing. So far we're really unhappy with this resort.

 DONT STAY HERE!!!
This was my fourth trip to Mexico and this hotel was by far the worst!! One elevator working, poor A/C, slow draining tubs, horrible food and not to mention my boyfriends cell phone and flip flops were stolen from the pool chair while we participated in pool activities. We believe it was taken by someone who works there. We reported this to security who could of cared less. We met many other couples that had just as bad of an experience as we did. So beware and find somewhere else to stay.

Fun place. Not fancy, but fun.
We stayed here for a few nights to check it out. We aren't big fans of the Hotel Zone, but Oasis Sens was all right. It definitely has an adult party atmosphere, but it isn't all that raucous (although during spring break it might be!). The resort isn't very high-end or classy, but for the Groupon price we paid (top-tier room with airport transfers for about the price of a base room) it was a good value. If you're looking for gourmet dining every night and top shelf drinks readily available, you might want to consider something else. The Sian Ka'an package comes with higher tier rooms or can be added to a reservation; our Groupon included it. With the Sian Ka'an option you get access to two "exclusive" bars, one between the pool and beach and the other in the lobby, that have top shelf drinks; in addition to upgraded liquor, these bars are the only ones with free sparkling wine. The "exclusive" bars close at night. The rest of the bars had acceptable drinks. The food was acceptable, but not great. The two main, easy-access options are a burger-and-fries place by the pool and a less-than-authentic Mexican (it seems to reflect suburban American ideas of "Mexican" food) restaurant below the lobby. The night club is really more of a stage with tiered seating. The nightly entertainment was mostly burlesque/cirque style and was fun to watch. It's suggestive but nothing explicit or provocative. There are some "Mayan" fire shows in the evenings that we saw from a distance from never got to watch close up. The daytime entertainment crew is nice and fun, but participation was low for most activities. The pools and beach here are explicitly topless-optional, with signs clearly posted. This includes all of the pools now, although some website descriptions don't reflect that. My wife was topless at every opportunity, including during volleyball or walking around the pool to the bar. Aside from her, only a few older women opted to go sans top. I expect during winter, when the crowd is more European than Mexican, a significant number of women would be topless. Another user actually posted a review complaining about a guest (apparently my wife) being immodest. If you have a problem with breasts, be warned you may see them any time you're in the pool or beach area!

 Extremely unpleasant experience...
We decided to stay in this hotel because of the all inclusive option. Not worth it. Believe me. Most restaurants were closed, have no idea why. They had 1 restaurant open at a time. Having a wait time and by the time you got to order out of the 3 options they give you, there were out of 2 and leaving you with no choice than to eat what ever they had. I have also attached a pic of my "Lemon chicken'" I ordered for lunch one day. Oh and the beer is watered down to the extent is so obvious. The day after I arrived there I did a tour to chicken itza....horrible day. I was feeling super sick to my stomach most likely because of the food I ate in this resort. It was suppose to be my honeymoon. My husband decided he would make it up to me and give me another honey moon that will be memorable and enjoyable. Stay somewhere else.

 Just Okay
The hotel was just nice, nothing really special about it. The staff was friendly and personable but the actual hotel was not as good as Pyramid. That is disappointing considering Sens is an adult only resort and pyramid is not. Not bad but no wow factor. I probably would return.

 Not a pleasant experience!
Avoid!! I really don't like leaving poor reviews but we had several bad experiences at this resort. The waiters and waitresses at the restaurants were great but the customer service from the front desk was far less than I expected from a supposed 4 star, all inclusive resort. I'll try and keep this short and list the things that went wrong during our stay. 1. The first room we were given was not cleaned and had trash everywhere from the previous tenants. (Mistakes happen, no big deal)2. Our second room only had cold water but we didn't notice until we already unpacked and went to shower. Luckily even the cold water was warm so we let the front desk know and they promised to fix it. The following morning we woke up to no water at all. We missed an morning appointment while we figured things out, they finally decided to let us shower in another room until the water was fixed. 3. Another day we spent the day at the pool and went back up to our room to find it completely flooded with water. Odd thing was that room service had made our bed but left our towels on the toilet and new toilet paper on the sink as if they left half way through cleaning our room. A half inch throughout the entire room. Water was overflowing from the sink and pouring into the room. Many of our toiletries, clothes and curling iron got wet. Once again I went down stairs and was told they will clean it but at this point I had had enough and requested to have a new room. They gave us a new room and I had to spend time the following day getting them to dry shoes etc. Our curling iron ($100) that was on the sink had gotten wet and was not working properly, I was told to leave it with them overnight for their "tech" to take a look at it. The following day it was returned to me saying that this particular curling iron had a lot of similar defects reported online so they wouldn't do anything. It felt more like they were blaming us for the flooded room. 4. In the third room we stayed in due to all the issues, we had several big ants. We found a huge dead roach and little lizard. Didn't mind the lizard but the ants and roach were disturbing. Lastly, the overall condition was bad. Rusty water coming from our shower that we had to run for a while to clear out before showering and things just falling apart. There are a lot of resorts in Cancun I would recommend finding another one to stay in.

Cell phone hackers in the hotel.
My cellphone was hacked. Few discrepancies at the room (shower, safe box, lights). Quality of Food and drinks was not the best. Employees were extremely courteous, except reception desk. We got there early in the morning and were forced to roam around the hotel for hours prior to receiving the keys to our room, that's not acceptable at all.

 VERY DISAPPOINTING
Dates of travel 8/24 - 8/28 OK Folks here it is as it happened! Prior to booking and after finding this resort via Booking.com I was totally blown away with the pictures on their website and at $336 per night for two people I though this is going to be the all inclusive/VIP resort to remember. Well here is what took place. On arrival we were greeted and taken to the VIP check in area. After check in and after my credit card was charged in full they started to explain what was included with our purchase. All restaurant on property and all bars and including the VIP areas including all events and shows. So I said awesome lets get this party started. So they gave us the key to the room that we purchased the Sian KA'AN so we get to the room and the room was not what I booked so down I went to reception advising they did not give us the room. Her reply I sorry miss but that all we have. I said no you are going to provide me the room I purchase or get me your manager. The manager came and he tried to offer me a different room. Again I said no you either give me the room I purchased of refund me and I will find another resort. He went and came back and said I have the room for you. So we enter the room it had the view and the Pool tub that I requested. The next day we requested breakfast to the room. It arrived 40 min later and everything was cold! We had to go to the breakfast room to get hot food. We then asked what restaurants can we book for the next three nights to be advised I am sorry but all VIP restaurants are booked up! I am like what! At this time I was furious and said calmly you will have to find me some reservations for the money I paid as I am not leaving without the experience of the Black hole, Benazuzu and the Schllabar we finally got two out of three of them. When it came to the cocktails I watched them pour very little liqueur into the drinks and when i presented money and asked to please pour more and they did. The sad part is I have prepaid for this and giving extra money should be their tips. Let me go back to this resort over all! It has mold, needs a big uplift and very damp inside the bedrooms, hallways and elevators that are falling a part and the pool that's provided with our room was never previously cleaned filthy and stained and we never got to use it and yes I asked twice to have it cleaned. As for the hard working staff at this resort they worked their butts off including the entertainer Benny he was awesome. Will I return to this resort? NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Pleasantly surprised!
First time staying in Cancun. We stayed at Grand Oasis Sens. I came across all these reviews after booking, and I was so nervous before our vacation--- but I'm glad we went anyway, because we LOVED it!! Upon arrival our bags were taken to our room, champagne was poured as soon as we walked in, and we started check in right away, 10 minutes total. Yes, no AC in the lobby area but doors are mostly open so you get the ocean breeze. (Besides, how much time do you spend in the lobby? Who cares? There's AC everywhere else) Room was very clean, cold AC, fully stocked bar beer, wine, champagne with snacks daily, clean towels, spectacular ocean view. Concierge provides information on restaurants. Good food, our favorite was moonlight and the breakfast buffet. Went to Kinky bar 2 nights in a row, great live entertainment. Saw the sea turtles lay eggs on the beach from the pool deck (incredible!) Awesome pool parties, the alcohol is definitely flowing! We had excursions planned during the day, both picked us up at the hotel, since it's located in the hotel zone that made it very convenient. When it was time to leave, check out took less than 5 minutes. There was a transport shuttle already waiting at the front, and took us straight to the airport $25, it was seamless. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.... I felt compelled to leave a review after our stay because as I mentioned earlier, before coming we considered booking elsewhere after reading all of the previous horrifying reviews. Take everything you read with a grain of salt. I cannot say enough great things about this resort though. Come see for yourself. For my husband and I, married in our late 20s, we had an absolute blast. We will definitely be coming back and bringing a group of friends with us next time. Thank you Oasis Sens for a great first time Cancun experience!

Do not ever think to come to this hotel
I am speechless from the moment I got to the hotel. I was waiting 30 min at the reception somebody to acknowledge me as a guest. When I ask for early check in three times in 5 hours they told me I am aggressive and they threaten me with police. When I asked them if that's the way they welcome tourists they said this is Mexico. There is no buffe for lunch and dinner and the waiters are everywhere rude. And whenever I complain they were telling me this is Mexico. My key card does not work and three times a day I go to reception to male it work and today I freak out and I swear at them and now they are threatening me to leave to hotel because of my behaviour. This people are idiots. After 6 pm you are not allowed to swim I the ocean. Overall do not dear to come here as it is worst hotel ever . I have travelled a lot but this is unacceptable and they make me feel like a criminal

 Needs improvement
The most disappointing part of my stay other than the food was the lack of air conditioning! My room temperature was never comfortable and the lobby had no air conditioning. The food was not good, but I did enjoy the activities on the resort.More

 AVOID AT ALL COST
First of all let me start by saying that my trip consisted of a bachelor party of 14 people , total of 9 rooms booked in all. Out of all 9 rooms I would say 8 rooms where in decent condition. My room in particular was in a area that was undergoing construction. So throw away the idea of cleanliness and a quietness. From 7am to 5pm everyday there was hammering and open walls all over the hallway. Not to mention that the pluming wasn't working for a good portion of the day. My friends other rooms either had ant problems or no AC at all. Out of 9 rooms that was booked with double beds only 2 where actually granted. And when we tried to fix the double bed issue the staff was so nasty and rude. One of my friends even was threatened by the supervisor because he wanted to speak to a higher managing staff. She told him that if he keeps it up. She would take away his ocean side view and not try n get him a double bed the next day. Talk about customer service. But it didn't end there. The food was horrible. 3 people got sick from eating there the first day. We got so cautious that we ended up eating out every night we stayed in Cancun. The bar was completely understaffed and the drink selection was below grade liquor. I was actually looking forward to leaving. That's how bad my experience at this hotel was. Please do yourself a favor and DONT STAY THERE. Plenty of other options in Cancun. Avoid at all cost.

Not at all what it appears to be:-(
I will keep this as short and to the point as possible. Front desk: I know they do not understand much English but come on, this is a tourist spot! When there is not one person that can clearly explain the details of the reservation and answer questions at the FRONT DESK, that is a HUGE problem. I called the front desk back to back and finally got an answer to ask for washcloths that were not left in my room by Housekeeping. The gentleman said they were extremely busy and said that I needed to come get them!!!!Guest Rooms: I must say that I laughed when I saw the room and couldn’t even get mad. The room in fact really does look like what is on the website but from 20 years ago! Exactly the same furniture and bed as pictured but it really looked and felt 20 years old. Gym: The website displays a full size gym and it was CLOSED for future renovation. That is something they should have stated on the website as my additional guest requires a gym at his hotel to work out once a day. Water: The water was shut off (without notice) for 5 hours one day and 3.5 hours a different day. The first day it was right before dinner when we came from the beach – they had no ETA and no sympathy. Leakage: It rained each day, which was not a problem. However, the ceilings within the public areas leak each day it rains. All throughout the hotel there were wet towels and rugs catching all of the water, it was a mess!Restaurants Onsite: had crazy hours and crazy times to reserve. For one restaurant ‘The Box” I had to be at concierge between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. in order to get a reservation for the following day. That’s crazy! There was a line of people to simply make a reservation because there are only 2 people working concierge. I paid for an all-inclusive trip and ended up at restaurants spending money for dinner 3 out of 5 days. I would never return and the front desk didn’t care at all about my disappointment. Shout Outs: The nicest people were those that were getting tipped in my opinion. The bar and restaurant staff were extremely nice. The gentleman that hosted all of the activities at the pool and beach is priceless and fantastic! Also the gentleman that makes the omelets at the breakfast restaurant is spectacular!!!!

 Don't believe everyone's negativity!
We stayed at this hotel for the week and there was good and bad! Unfortunately for us we had a red eye flight so we got in at about 10:30 which was 4 1/2 hours before check in. Even though we were early and our room wasn't ready we still got to get our all inclusive bracelets and they kept our luggage for us which was awesome. Yes, the lobby was pretty hot but there is a bar as soon as you enter with AC, great drinks, and great staff esp I think her name was Bodderrick? She made our first couple hours more comfortable for us. We tipped everyone from the bell boys, to the housekeeping, to the bartenders and servers and I do think that makes a difference. You can't come not tipping anyone and expect 5 star service. Our room the first four days were not ideal, the first two days our room was just plain hot, and then the next two days we discovered our AC was leaking and everything in our room was moist and smelt wet. We had to ask 3 times before we got our AC fixed but as soon as it did our room dried up and it was a lot better! There is a free mini fridge in the room which was awesome and our room was cleaned every single day, we also tipped house keeping everyday which probably helped keep our room clean. I believe his name was Gerardo, he seemed to bartender everywhere, at the pool, at their nightclub kinky, and the lobby bar, and every time he saw us he told me happy birthday! With all the guests here and he remembered that small detail meant the world to me. Hugo from Black Hole, Marco from the sushi bar, and Eydel from Saraku Sunset were also exceptional! They deff deserve some recognition. The pool was a lot of fun, one suggestion would maybe be when you have games for the guests to give the winners a small prize or something. We had a room next to the other hotel and they won prizes with every game so it would be cool to do the same thing here. Also the music at the pool deff needs an upgrade. If you need to book excursions, see Guillermo at the Expedia desk! He was awesome!! All in all you pay for what you get, this isn't the most expensive hotel and it's also not the cheapest! There are tons of different restaurants to try, our favorites were Black Hole, Saraku Sunset, and Moonlight. We were disappointed because we were saving MakiTaco for our last night and even though it didn't say it was supposed to be closed unfortunately it was closed so I was a little upset that that was the only restaurant we didn't get to try. Great hotel, great staff! Had the best birthday week ever! Thank you Grand Oasis Sens!

 Honeymoon RUINED!!!
This is by far the worst experience of travelling iv ever done and iv stayed in quite alot of hotels! We went here for 10days on our honeymoon - picking this hotel as it was Adults Only! Boy was this the biggest mistake of a hotel!!!No ACNo WIFI1st room was very dirty and smelt horrific on arrival - we complained and the MANAGERS words were "u didnt pay us you paid your travel agent get them to sort it out" after speaking with our Travel Agent and showing her our room we were moved immediately (this was day 2 of our trip) 2nd room wasnt much better but at least we werent smelling sewage on the balcony! - no AC in the room either!Lobby is always flooded and stinks with the smell of mould! Went for lunch at the Italian restaurant to be told to "cover up" even though I was wearing a 2 piece beach kaftan (my stomach may have been visible but nothing they would not have seen at night) - rude customer service! We are not high maintenance travellers by any means but to pay £3100 for this trip was daylight robbery! We didnt even get so much as a "congratulations" "enjoy your stay" "welcome" etc - worst Honeymoon we could have booked!!!We actually left on day 7 because we could not take it anymore!**PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE** other hotels look 10times better for less money!!!

 Beautiful view
We had the most gorgeous view in room 766, I expected a balcony but didn't get that. The front desk takes one million years for anything! We were checking in for almost two hours before we got into our room. They are very slow. In the morning when I called to get extra towels they took two whole hours to bring it. But were fast to run up to your room for having an extra guest over for the night and charge us money. When we were leaving there was a guy yelling at the front desk , which I bet a million dollars that this happens often because they kind of suck at customer service. And unless you ask to get your room cleaned , they won't come into your room to clean which is kind of annoying. Besides all that, the food was pretty good and the drinks were all inclusive. The pool bar is SO much fun, probably my best part of the stay. And the amazing view that we had.

Hundreds of Stairs, Poor food, Not helpful staff
The room was ok, and the location of the hotel as well. However, the hotel had hundreds of stairs to go everywhere, to the lobby, bathrooms, restaurants, beach, showers, etc. I have trouble to climb up stairs and there was no way around them, anywhere. We stayed only for two nights, at check in the person in the counter said that we could book dinner next day from 8 to 13h00. When we went to book it the next day, the guy there said that there's no chance to book for that same night, but for the next night. We were only staying 2 nights! there was no way for us to book dinner. The other restaurants that had no booking needed had very poor food and not enough vegetarian options. The life guard at the beach was really rude, and just started using the whistle so loudly whenever he saw a storm coming, he was very unkind to people that asked him about the safety of going swimming at the sea. There was no parking, we had to stay at the ramp, and no concierge service for the car, so we had to go up and down the ramp all the time for the car.
