Great place to stay, amazing staff!
I recently visited Cancun for a wedding with one of my best friends. We don't speak Spanish, and our visit started off HORRIBLE because of the many language barriers that we encountered, however, once we were in Cancun, we experienced a different vibe entirely. Once we checked into the Hampton Inn by Hilton, we were on cloud nine. Seriously, the staff was patient, respectful, and super helpful, which is really all we needed (after we had a round or two of Micheladas). Victor is the customer service godsend. He was polite enough to speak to our Uber drivers (if they only spoke Spanish) and tell them exactly where we needed to go. He also let us in on must-see places while we had a free day to go play at the beach. The hotel is brand new, very clean, and close to good restaurants and entertainment, all within walking distance. Highly recommended!
