 Hard Rock Cancun Rocks
Recently, I spent 7 days celebrating, my birthday at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun. The property, staff and food was outstanding. You can hop on Bus#2, for 13.50 pesos to the Market 28 or the Flee Market. My tour guide Ricardo was a professional representative and represented Hard Rock Hotel with class. I will recommend this Hotel highly.

 Vacation wouldn't of been as amazing without Beba and Batman!!
WOW! We have traveled for years (even before this was a Hard Rock resort). We are Palace and Legendary Founding members and know good service. With each of our previous vacations, we usually have a couple snags, but I have ZERO complaints about this trip nor the hotel. First and foremost, I have to give a HUGE shout out to Beba and Batman with the entertainment crew. These 2 went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and fun. Their laughter and enthusiasm poured out onto each one of us. I sure wish we could have brought them home.....Just means we will definitely be back SOON! We will remain friends with both of them for a lifetime! The food was delicious as always. You can't go wrong with anything you choose! Our room was perfect as was our housekeeping, room service, and bar stock. I could continue to go on and on...but it is all the same. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

 Service
I just came back from a week trip to the Hard Rock Cancun with some friends, there were 10 of us. Our friends who invited us to come are Hall of Fame members , they stayed in the presidential suite that included a Butler service, Ernesto AKA Neto and Giselle were amazing. They actually took care of the group as a whole and not just the members. They made reservations for dinner for us. I have dietary restrictions, so they made sure the chefs knew about and they cooked me a special dish. Also I want to give a shout out to the Rock Spa employees. I had 4 massages by Carlos, Elena, Karina and Rosa . They were all great, very professional . I also had a Pedicure by Keren, she was amazing. I also liked the pool service, the bar tenders, the activity staff were very entertaining. I also participated in the yoga classes by the pool taught by Erica, Valerie and O'Cyrus, and enjoyed these classes a lot. All in all, the trip was very enjoyable and I would love to visit again.

 Awesome two weeks!!
Had an amazing time, but what made it extra special was these 5 members of staff who really made my holiday. They were Roger Diaz, Donis, Jules, Edgar and Maky, they were extremely hard working, attentive and looked after us throughout the holiday.  awesome week at hard rock
We stayed September 18-.25 in room 1228.My boyfriend is a legendary member so when we arrived we ha a private check in. We were able to get in our room early too which was great. Our view was spectacular. I would always love to have that room.Housekeeping was very hardworking checking in a few times a day. We went to cocktail party for members on 3rd floor. lots of great snacks and fun trivia, The bartender was very friendly and made my boyfriend a Beverly Hills iced tea. his name started with a B, great guy. Then when we went to smash bar where they weren^t familiar with the drink which was fine. Donis and Luis always made us feel comfortable and remembered our drinks. Angel came over to bar and wanted to solve the problem about the drink recipe. They never want someone to be dissatisfied. eventually the other bartender was around and relayed his secret. there is constant entertainment in this hotel, We loved the music and live bands at the bar, we had a cabana two days. Ramos took care of us both days. He is a very hard worker who wanted to help us anyway he could.. We watched the pop show in the theater which was great. I would like to recognize the guys and girls in the entertainment branch of this hotel. They are great. All day by the pool, in the bar, at the show. Do they ever sleep? They are very kind and respectful also. always going out of their way to include everyone in activities no matter what age they are. I thought the foam party was great. So much energy! We like to have breakfast in zen. A nice selection and not too loud. Jesus was great in Ipanema giving us a great selection of meats and delicious pineapple. During breakfast on our last full day a young man named Miguel gave us a survey on our trip.My boyfriend mentioned I wanted turkey in Ipanema. I just saw it on the list but believe me we had plenty of meat. He asked us if we had mexican coffee at Freida but they werent dong it the night we went. We suggested they should serve different coffees in lobby once in a while such as Mexican. Later in the day he asked us where we would eat dinner and he told us we would have a surprise. We arrived at Ciao and were shown to a table. Ben was our sweet waiter. The chef was preparing us our very own turkey. MIguel thought I was really missing it , That was so kind of him. The chef prepared us a special menu and of course Turkey Parmeasn and a special ending of someone doing Mexican coffee tableside. That was a great last dinner. I love that they walk around taking photos with the animals. I have one with the parrots. the beach was amazing as was the pool. I love that it is a small resort, Also [leas give credit to the maintenance crew. Everytime I walked into a bathroom it was very clean and smelled great, that isn't easy to do considering the constant traffic. We also enjoyed the snacks in the lobby. We loved the cafe latte from the machine. It was an awesome vacation and will definitely be back. We Love Hard Rock.

 AMAZING
My second time here and it was better then the first time! Only because we stayed for a whole week! The food was delicious and the staff was so attentive! The entertainment staff.... seriously the best! Valeria, Brenda Coello, Torvic Nuelma Lamas, Cesar Trejo, Erendira you made our trip so memorable! And Ramerez from the lower pool awesome!!!! Hope to see you all next Year !

 Outstanding
As a Hall of Fame member, this is my 3rd visit to this Hard Rock. As an 11 year member, I've visited most all of their properties. Having just returned, I must say this is probably the best managed of all. The food, service and facility was 2nd to none. The entire staff could not have been more friendly. Even hugs at departure from the breakfast staff at the main restaurant. Above all, the manager at Zen could not have been more accommodating.Always felt safe! can't wait to come back.

 Still ROCKING!
Another great experience, but lets start with the cons:Hard Rock never has a room ready until late afternoon. Pack accordingly and head to the bar or beach because you will waste half a day if you expect to check in first. Pros:Romero & Gustavo assisted us often Great team and help set up a last minute romantic dinner on the beach.Although the food is very average there are alternatives. We met the restaurant manager, Ithiel. He is the manager of the buffet restaurant. He was GREAT! He personally made sure we had the catch of the day. The fish was as amazing as was his service. Great experience. He was worth the trip.Hector, one of the head servers was also the BEST! Its a buffet, but he would not let us get our own Mimosas. He was always on the spot filling our glasses.The Spa and people are very good also, but.......reserve before you arrive if you want to get in and out timely. If not, you are subject to what they have.Xampala was great at the beach. Very attentive to our every need or drink order. Great beach service. We travel to many counties all the time. The people at this hotel are incredible attentive to your every need. They found out we were celebrating a birthday and completely decorated our room for the occasion. The people make the resort experience so much better than the resort actually is. Fun pool, lots of music, but not a couples only type place, but still very fun!They give you credits to use for the spa treatments. Nice touch!

 Perfect Girls Week Away!
This was my 5th visit to the Hard Rock Cancun. We are members and huge fans of this resort. From the minute we checked in until we checked out everything was perfect. Amazing views from our rooms on a high floor, delicious food and wonderful drinks. The staff is by far the most attentive and hard working we have ever encountered. Always something to do, or nothing at all if you just want to relax and enjoy the pool and beach. Never an issue getting chairs, towels, pool service. We cannot wait to go back again next year.

 Best Ever and Always
I have had multiple social group bookings and events at Hard Rock Cancun and they don't disappoint. I want to thank Sandra Angulo, Samantha Hernandez, Rocio Balletores, Karina Flores (been working with since Punta Cana) best sales team and staff ever. I just had an event June 2016. Everything was flawless. Honestly I was impressed my the little things they did to make everything special. So much so, I am starting a travel service and I brought my partner/investor to the property to show her how phenomenal they are. She was so impressed we are coming back in January to do "kick off" event for our business. I have to also give much kudos to our waiter in the Market - Carlos. Loved him. very attentive, funny and interactive. We requested his table every time we ate there. Also I have to give the biggest best thank you to the pool bartender,Fernando. LOVE HIM. I came 3 months ago. There have been thousands of visitors since then. Not only did he remember me, he remembered what I drank. Now that is love. He took such good care of my group in June and to know that he remembered me, made me feel honored and special.I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is smaller than Hard Rock Riviera Maya but its intimacy is what makes it so wonderful. In addition, the customer service here far outweighs the customer service at HRRM. I would always choose Hard Rock Cancun first. They utilize the space on their property magnificently and everyone smiles and looks happy to be at work. It shows in the service. I love they have plenty of English speaking channels on TV for when you are tired and just want to chill in the room. They have karoake, foam parties, pool, American sports, fantastic drinks and great food. What's not to like. Their Kids Club is awesome as well, kids pool, kids theater, kids game room, massive lego area, arts and crafts, organized activities, special rooms with dress up clothes to encourage play and creativity, buffet lunch area, the list goes on. And they are available 8:00 am - 9:00 pm so parents can enjoy the wonderful resort.If you want to have a great social event - please contact their sales team. They are "Simply The Best". Ifyou want to party like a Rock Star - this is your place. Had an amazing time. Cant wait to come back

 Amazing. Glad we went back!
The week I spent at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun was nothing less than exceptional! This was my first trip back in over four years and I wish I had come back sooner with the service I experienced with my family. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were immediately greeted be by the Public Relations Manager and our butler, Ramon. Check-in was comfortable and easy, complete with welcome drinks and snacks. After getting into our rooms, we were delightfully pleasured with our 12th Ocean View rooms with a spectacular view of the sunrise every morning. Of course, this was just the beginning of what I would describe as a trip that blew me away with service. Each morning, started with a breakfast fit for a King with warm and friendly service from Beba, Lucy, and Sandra at Zen. We enjoyed several outstanding dinners at Ipanema with a special thank you to Roger, Esteban, Malandro, and Ferando, who took great care of us and made sure we had all of our favorite meats each time. The employees poolside here are very attentive to the needs of the guests and it is much appreciated. Not to mention, Israel at Ciao who made dinner with friends we made from Tampa the best with his service and attention to detail in making sure we had our favorite drinks along with our tasty food. Finally, each night, our butler Alfredo checked on at dinner.I want to really extend a special thank you to the Zen team, along the butler team, made my birthday celebration very special. Alfredo ensured the table at Zen was decorated and colorful. The evening was enhanced when the chef allowed me to participate in part of the show while preparing dinner. Thank you Rick, Chucho, and Angelo at Zen for doing this for my birthday celebration over the top. Not to mention that Alfredo decorated the room and bought me some spring rolls – one of my favorite foods at Zen!I want to also mention how awesome Posh is at this hotel. My partner and I had each had a manicure and pedicure, along with my haircut. Rosario took very good care of me and made it a rock star experience.

 Nice hotel but loud, great service, steer clear of the toys in the kids club!
We are legendary members and booked our room through the legendary website. I had emailed ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving very early due to a red eye flight. Even with advanced notice, we arrived and waited over 3 hours with restless children. The front desk person was new, working with a trainer and not warm or welcoming at all. They were great at putting us in the VIP section and brought snacks and drinks but with two toddlers it wasn't relaxing or inviting. We just wanted our room. We couldn't go enjoy the beach or pool because we didn't have our things. We ended up on the 7th floor with a pool/ocean view. Nice view but like all the reviews warned, extremely loud. Thankfully our kids would still nap through the noise or else I would have had to ask for a quieter side of the hotel (if that even exists). Food all day long, drinks at your fingertips, dinner at the restaurants were always challenging with the kids but we made the best of it. Everyone was super nice and always willing to try to help entertain the kids so we could finish our meals. We ended up doing the timeshare presentation because we were told it was an "update" to the timeshare we currently have. After too many hours it turned out to be a waste of time but we did get resort credits and ended up using it on a day on the beach with the cabana. We didn't care for the daytime "activities" or whatever was going on at the main pool. It wasn't relaxing there. I felt very lucky to have access to the legendary pool on the 3rd level where we spent most of our time. Food, drinks and just the right size pool for the kids. On our third night there we were awoken by the earthquake shaking the bed, the lamp and the entire room. Then there was shouting "everyone get out!!" We grabbed our kids and ran barefoot down 7 flights of stairs. We stayed out of the hotel for at least 30 minutes until we felt it was safe to go back inside. Turned out to be a huge earthquake in Chiapas that we were feeling the effects of. The people on the ground floor didn't even feel it and the hotel staff reassured us it was safe to go back to our rooms. Definitely the scariest moment of my life. Towards the last few days of the trip we noticed our children getting runny/stuffy noses and we figured it was just from some minor germs picked up from the kids club. After two days of being home the baby got a high fever and broke out around his mouth, and then his butt and then his legs and hands. I'm an RN but had never seen anything like it before. Then our two year old got it about 2 days later. We ended up in the emergency room and confirmed that they both had picked up HAND FOOT and MOUTH DISEASE from the kids club!! So gross. We battled fevers and sores all over their bodies (and in their mouths) for well over a week. It is now 2.5 weeks since we returned home and they STILL have sores. What a sore memory we have of the kids club at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, pun intended. The boys really loved the pool there and all the activities/characters they had for the kids were great. If I had to do it over again, which we may in the future, there will be no kids club, which is the main reason we chose to go to this hotel! PLEASE clean your toys daily, or get rid of some and only have a few that are kept pristine. We were so disappointed, we thought Hard Rock would have better standards. The rest of the hotel grounds and rooms appeared clean. Hope this review is helpful to those traveling with young children.

 The ROCKINEST vacation ever!!
The service was impeccable. Every employee made us feel like royalty. The food was excellent at every restaurant. They made the drinks anyway you wanted them. The music and entertainment was outstanding. There is a stage by the pool, where a live band played and kept us all entertained. We saw a very professional and well done magic show at the theater in front. The whole place was spotless and the beach was unbelievably beautiful. We had the best vacation ever and what really made it exceptional was the service! Every employee was a rock star! We absolutely loved it and we are sending our son and his bride there for their honeymoon next year!

Our first stay at one of the Hard Rock All Inclusive Resorts was “Rockin”! We enjoyed all the restaurants especially the Italian (Caio). We upgraded our menu each time there with lobster tails or King Crab Legs and they and our steaks were cooked to perfection. One of our favorite things to do was eat at the several wood burning grills outside that were cooking everything from tacos, pizza & hamburgers to ribs, chicken or steak. The third floor pool & grill for members only was a special treat.A Huge Shoutout to the overall service we received while there but some individuals went way past the call of duty.Joe - Poolside waiter is by far best service ever received anywhere.Marisol - Waitress at Caio, not only superior service but her and Chef Wilbert cooked us up a couple of very personalized dishes that weren’t on the daily menue ... the Menudo was the best I’ve ever eaten!Duran - Bell Boy with all info needed early on in our stay and his smile and spirit was infectious.Liam - Our check in and check out process was seemless due to his efficient & courteous service.Blanca - Very informative Conceriage/Sales without the high pressure!I know I’m leaving several Rock Stars off the highly deserving list but Thanks To All who made our vacation fantastically memorable! - Steve & Sherrie

 Great family get a way!!
The last gentlemen we asked the evening prior to department was not friendly nor helpful in any manner regarding confirmation of departure details. Other than that, facility and staff were amazing. HUGE kudos to the entire place for accomodating a gluten free diet requirement!! Amazing work from all restaurant/food staff. So thankful for all of you!! :)

 Two weeks in Cancun
Check in was very smooth. Ocean view room on the eighth floor. Room was nice and view was beautiful. Bathroom needs more light. Food was good and bartenders at lobby bar really nice especially Enrique & Donis. Marisol in Italian restaurant was so nice. The staff at hotel are very nice and do an excellent job. I love music of all kinds but it could be turned down a couple of notches.We had a great time. The negative was some of the other guests. Slam doors and too much alcohol. Way too loud. We did not call but security was at the room next to ours every night.

 Wedding
Had a great time... I am over 60 and was a bit worried it would be overcrowded and to loud. This was not the case as there are many places to retreat toand just watch the fun from the younger generation. In our case our 3 sons with families.We all enjoyed ourselves. The different restaurants were all good especially theone where they served amazing beef, pork and more, cant remember the name but honestly all the restaurants were very good.I had my hair done and makeup for the wedding in the beauty salon.I can recommend Karin she was very professional and if I had room in my luggage I would have kidnapped her for home.The staff all very friendly.We will be back.

 GREAT TIME AT THE HARD ROCK CANCUN
This was another great vacation at the Hard Rock Cancun. This is the place to stay in Cancun. Great staff, great food and drinks, always something to do and very clean. The staff is very friendly and always looking to do things to make your stay the best. We will be going back again and again.

 Not what I remember, but still great
This was my fourth visit and I have never had a bad word for this place until now. First the good. The staff here is the best you will find anywhere. From the gardener and housekeeping staff to the head waiters, bartenders and management, everyone here operates on the understanding that this is your vacation, and they will do whatever it takes t ensure you have the best vacation you can. Even though I come once a year, several staff remember me and it's not fake. They do!A couple of particular shout outs: Abraham, the current head sommelier. This was the second trip I had done the wine tasting so got to know him a bit. What was cool was he was visible everywhere. Whether you were having a filet in Ciao or a hot dog by the pool, he was always around to talk wine! Second was my friend Batman from the entertainment crew. This dude does not sleep. He is forever looking like he is having a good time, and encouraging guests to have fun with him. He could be the VP of fun a Disneyland. I had a chance to have a coffee with one of the managers of the entertainment staff. I said that my observation was that everyone here, no matter what they do, enjoys their job. He shrugged and said "of course, this is where everyone wants to work." So Hard Rock, 15 out of 10 on the staff.Where things fell down was the stage they gave the staff this time. I have a long list and would be pleased to discuss with management, but here are some points:Mexican Fiesta night has always been on Saturday and outside by the pool. This week it was on Friday in the Market Buffet. It used to be you just an open seat set up and you mingled with people and had a great party time. This year we were assigned a seat in the corner by the drink service and our table was knocked by everyone coming by. And The dinghy dark atmosphere of the Market, it was anything but festive. Speaking of the buffet, it was closed for dinner 4 of the 7 nights was there. Not that I eat there much, but what happened was it caused lines at the other restaurants. Restaurants that parents would rather not have their kids in. They all love the buffet for the kids. The shows were great as always, but have to comment on the rock show, which usually has a live band. The "Donnie and Marie" show with dancers was good....not the rock show I was used to. Foam Party - the highlight of my week every year. I told a number of people they had to book off Wednesday for it and they did. However it was moved to Friday, when my friends had tours. The website still says Wednesday. I have a number of smaller things.....But Damn You Hard Rock Cancun..... I will keep coming here year after year. This is my Happy Place! Just fix the stage, will ya?Please remember you have the greatest players on earth. Don't deny them thei stage!

 Very Disappointed!
My wife and I have been members of Palace Premier for 13 years. We arrived Monday with two other couples. Although the hotel is pretty well maintained, we have been rather disappointed with a lot of the service. For one, we could not use our balcony because they were painting the room right next to us and paint was flying all over.Our room has also been serviced in a substandard way. We had to call for soap and wash clothes. Also, our sheets do not appear to have been changed all week, despite our request. We asked for aromatherapy and was told that it would take 20 minutes but no one came until we called agin the next night. Our refrigerator was not stocked when we came either.The restaurants have been fine. We had okay spa service too. If we didn't have friends with us, I would leave early. Just two days to go.

 Below my expectation!
We have been members here since 2005, but have not stayed here since it was called Cancun Palace. We and four of our friends are staying here for a week. The rooms are like we remember and the food is good. But boy,has some of the service tanked!1. We arrived Monday morning and was asked to do an update meeting the next morning. At first we agreed, but Monday evening we canceled and made it clear that we did not want to sit through this meeting, even for the incentive. Despite that conversation with staff, we were awaken Thursday morning at 7:30am to reconfirm that we will be downstairs at 8am. 2. It's day 5 and I left a note for housekeeper to change our linen. I placed a black mark on the sheets to ensure we received new sheets. We came in from a long day at the beach and found the black mark and dirty sheets. 3. Room is not always restocked with towels and shampoo/shower gel. So I find myself walking down the hall to retrieve the items myself or waiting for staff to deliver. Now with the weekend crowd coming in, I hope that it does not go from bad to worse.

 Outstanding in Every Way!!!
We (my Wife and I) just returned from 9 nights at HRH Cancun. We have stayed in other HRHs in the Caribbean and Europe and all have been brilliant however, this one in Cancun has trumped them all. The rooms are great, just like all other HRHs as were each of the restaurants. Our favourite thing was the pool scene which was so much fun ALL DAY, EVERY DAY where we met so many amazing people from around the UK, USA and South America. The staff at the pool bar were a class act and kept all of us with as much top shelf drink as we could manage. A huge shout out to both Linkin Park and Fernando who stood out amongst a great team behind that VERY busy bar. The indoor Smash Bar was OK. I say it was only OK, only because we felt that there were too many kids running riot way too late into the night when they should have been in bed. It became very irritating and was a common moan for us adults who wanted to party the night away (and get onto the pool tables)!!!! Other than that, again, great service from the Bar Team, especially Luis and Damon(sp). The last big........and BIGGEST shout out go to the entire Entertainment Team. These guys work tirelessly from dusk until dawn to make everyone's HRH experience something extra special. There was NEVER a dull moment around the pool and there was always something organised for guests to get involved with if they wanted to. I have never seen a group of young staff seem so genuinely happy to be doing what they do and they were so funny, polite and friendly at all times, so much so that we are pleased to call a few of them friends now and we continue to keep in touch. Our favourites from an outstanding team were, 'Beba' aka Brenda, 'Valé' aka Valeria and I can't finish this review off without a huge shout out to Lil' Cesar who, just like the rest of the Team, never stopped smiling and cracking jokes whilst working so so hard.  Amazing!!
We stayed at HRH Cancun for 2 weeks, what an amazing hotel! From the minute we arrived we were waited on hand and foot with fruit water and cocktails. Much needed after a long 10 hour flight. Once we arrived at the room we were overwhelmed by the view, white sand and crystal clear water wow! Hot tub, fully stocked minibar, 24 hour room service, pillow menu nothing was too much trouble even Our bags were delivered to the room.Lots to do of a daytime at the main pool the entertainment team are a credit to the hotel. Balloon fights, quiz, volleyball and foam party so much fun!! Tabata is amazing, What a lovely lady who loves her job and goes the extra mile to get to know you. Well done Taby you made our holiday, any advice or info ask her she's so helpful! The other side of the pool is a lot quieter along with the rock royalty pool on the third floor! Alfondo waited hand and foot with drinks and steak by the pool, his service with a smile was excellent. The best restaurants are definitely Zen and Ciao. The teppanyaki table show @ Zen was excellent along with the food at the end. Very entertaining, the chef even gets you involved with cooking and tricks. Food ordered off the menu is gorgeous too! You will never go hungry or thirsty as there is always some sort of food being cooked at various parts of the hotel. Late night bars and unlimited drinks and cocktails you are spoilt for choice. The spa at the hotel is gorgeous, we got aromatherapy massages which are extremely relaxing, we even fell asleep :) nothing is too much trouble you must visit the spa.The hotel also offers many excursions. Swimming with Dolphins, Zip line & Quad biking, Boat trips and many others. We used our resort credits which meant we only paid 20% off the price. The only problem is you will never spend all of the resort credits as there are only certain things you can use them on. Overall a wonderful 2 weeks in Cancun, we miss waking up to the view of the huge stretch of beach in our suite, breathtaking! All the staff are wonderful they will literally do anything to make sure you have a memorable holiday! Not forgetting special mention to Juelz on concierge, one of the kindest and most helpful men you will ever meet. This was a holiday of a lifetime, we hope we will be lucky enough to return to HRH Cancun again.

 fabulous holiday
have spent 2 fabulous weeks at the hard rock 4-18 September myself my husband my sister and her husband it was our second holiday at this hotel we where there on independence day what a brilliant party and fireworkswe had our breakfast in the zen the 2 girls on the desk Alex beba and Gisela where very friendly and welcoming they where also on hand at the big party Lola and Lemur where our waiters in the zen at breakfastI went in the spa and had several treatments with Cinthia who was excelent at manicures and pedicureseveryday Miguel from the concierge team spoke to us and asked us did we need anything and told us about what was going on during the day and bands that where playing in the eveningswe spent many of our evenings in the smash bar Charlie was the barman and did fab cocktails we where waited on by Alejandro Tamayo who constantly brought drinks without being askedwe where constantly entertained by the pool by jj Valerie Erica crazy erin and beba the pool party was really good and the pool is excellent and very clean as is every partof the hotel we will definatley be back for a 3rd visit

 Great fortnight . !
Stayed here with my ( grown up ) family for 2 weeks.We loved it . !Staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were fabulous, everything & everywhere was clean and sparkling.We spent most of our time in the pool, watching the live music and just chilling.I'll be back . !

 Busy
We stayed here originally booked for 2 weeks over the summer. The rooms are beautiful with large bath jacuzzi baths which was luxurious. The beach was also stunning with golden sand. visually you can not fault the hard rock. Unfortunately we booked during peak season and this resulted in us having to wait a long time for dinner. It became so frustrating that we asked our rep if we could move to another hotel which was an adults only resort.
