 Excellent Juices and Meals
We spent two days in downtown Cancun, and ate at 100% Natural three times. Breakfast is great, with a wide selection of freshly prepared juices, as well as more elaborate Mexican and American-style breakfasts. Many lunch and dinner selections as well.Prices are great, too. We never spent more than 200 pesos for a full meal for the two of us.Highly recommended.

They make all their sweet bread in house, so definitely break your diet and try some. They are also know for their fruit smoothies.

 Great healty food in a nice place
This is the place if you just want to have a healthy meal. The extensive menu for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner has a wide range of healthy dishes. Just great! Service is quite slow but fair. Parking is also available.

What a lovely and refreshing place to eat. Perfect change from all that fried, cheesy, meaty street food. The food was great, the service friendly, and the courtyard dining perfect. Lots to select from on the menu. Might go back in the morning for some fresh vegetable juice.

 Great For Breakfast
The only thing they are missing is some pig. Turkey! Very affordable. Wonderful fruit plate and fresh squeezed oj and pancakes with caramelized pineapple. They seem to be baking their own bread. Seems to be locally popular. Not the same as in Playa; much nicer.

For visitors looking to maintain their healthy life style while traveling, 100% Natural is the answer. 100% Natural offers a full restaurant and bakery. During my visit, I had breakfast and visited the bakery for desserts and muffins. The menu at 100% Natural is not just healthy, but unique incorporating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. I had the cactus omelette with one of the smoothie drinks. I loved that the smoothies came in large almost margarita style glasses. The food was fresh and healthy, but I admit rather on the bland side. I also noticed that my waiter was only available when placing my order, for the remainder of my meal I had to flag down busboys and other waiters. Personally, I preferred the bakery that sold candies, cookies, desserts and muffins. Getting assistance in the bakery was easier. The candy was not unique and the desserts not remarkable. However, the muffins were AMAZING! I wish I had discovered them sooner. They were perfect for taking back to the hotel with some juice and yogurt from the grocery store for breakfast!Just for the healthy option, I would dine again. Maybe cactus is not for me and I would enjoy another selection. To avoid the wait, I would ask for the bill with my meal. I would DEFINITELY buy more than two muffins next time!

Its a great affordable place to eat. Lot of really good options. We tried Ice cream with Fresh Fruits. Sandwitch Arebia, Vegetariano, Some soup (I cant remember the name), drink horchata. The staff is nice and friendly and the ambiance is good.

 Great Natural Food
This restaurant was quite close to where I was staying in downtown Cancun for a month, so I wound up going pretty regularly for the high quality of food and relatively reasonable prices. They focus on healthy, which can be a little difficult with Mexican food, so it's greatly appreciated.The staff is unvariably nice and helpful, and they have free wi-fi assuming you order food/drink. Great location as well!

The Arroz-ote is also very tasty with a blend of multigrain rice, kale, tofu and veggies. Centrally located. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I had the Camerones Caribeños and my date had tacos pollo and a spinach goat cheese salad with nectarines. The food came out relatively fast, although he brought he salad out at the end of the meal. Shrimps were delicious and well seasoned. Service was slow but we've become accustomed to that in this part of the world! Worth seeking this place out!

Mexican breakfast without guilt! the food is fresh and healthy with a tuist of local flavor. the service is phenomenal and the place is beautiful and full of plants.... the Croissants (Cachitos) are a delicacy....

100% Natural is a remarkably spacious restaurant with an incredibly broad and diverse menu. Our group of three from the U.S. And two from Cancun found every choice to be ample, nicely presented and tasty. Try the vegetable soup with chicken and brown rice with vegetables snd chicken. The oatmeal with granola was outstanding. After breakfast, walk to the local market, which is very near.

This is a place that most tourist won't find in Cancun (they can easily stumble upon it in Playa del Carmen though!). As it is located more in the city center, it is far off the beaten path. However, it offers fantastic breakfasts with a wide variety of dishes and fresh juices. Prices are reasonable and you very easily leave full AND still have a decently full wallet. The outdoor patio is mostly shaded, but can get a bit hot and sticky during those humid months.

We had the "pad 100" (version of pad Thai) and sizzler. The food seemed fresh but the flavours could have been more enhanced by spices.Fruit drinks were very good. Some reviews said te restaurant was cheap but many dishes cost over 150 pesos which isn't cheap at all considering the simple food you get. Haven't tried the breakfast.

Unfortunately the smokers outnumbered the trees and birds and we had to eat our food in a blue haze. The waiters were very inattentive and I had to ask more than twice for hot water for tea. Having said that, the food was good and I enjoyed the selection of healthy meals. I would also dispose of the Splenda sugar option as well. Very unnatural!

Food was good but service poor and rude. We arrived late but they could have said that service was over at this time. We order 4 dishes but before we finished the dishes they started to take away the plates in a rude way.

Sat for 20 minutes at lunch time and no service. Plenty of staff on hand but only one waiter in our section. At 12 staff were eating their lunch. after waiting patiently we left. Enjoyed in the past but won't be back.

He took the orders right and the atmosphere was good, wifi was up and working.My wife had her surgery just done so a fully natural smoothie it was for her, everyone looked pass us being gay....Great!!!! Then 0 ratings in just one comment...We asked for the bill and it came, only to see that the water that was on the table wasn't complimentary. We asked the waiter why no one informed us that drinking the water would have added it to our bill, it wasn't about the money it was the trickery in the purchase...I also asked why weren't we offered water or in the restaurant business a glass should have been poured the minute we sat..nothing now the trickery purchase, no option given for us to buy or nothing.To me it would seem like a scam but a small and immature one at that to boost sales...OK fine we will have to pay 20 pesos vs 5 pesos...No problem...then the waiter started to get agitated and out his mouth came "Nothing is free" ...whoa!!!!
