We have the all inclusive package and one dinner at this restaurant was included. Our server was very attentive. I would highly recommend the antipasto dish mixed fried that include a mixture of seafood. The bread they served was amazing. The manager, Hector, took the time to introduce himself. Our servers, Allen and Oscar, were extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely go back if I visit Cancun again.

I had my birthday dinner at Chianti and was treated like a birthday girl....The service goes without question and I would recommend Chianti to all who visit the area... I am from New York City and we some of the best restaurants. Chianti would make it in NYC easily.......

Recently stayed at the NYX hotel and Chianti Italian Restaurant is a new addition with the hotel...we ate there 2 nights during our stay and the food, pizza, penne ala pesto, risotto, and veal are just some of the excellent food. Wine was good and dessert was the perfect ending! Kudos to the staff Angel, Victor, Itzel, and the kitchen staff! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Last night we had such an amazing experience. The attentiveness of the staff and quality of the food was well worth the visit. From the Hostess Itzel's warm greeting, to Carlos and Alan's attentive Waiting skills, we we're very impressed. Chef Renee's four course meal was superb, and Chef Alejandra's desert was to die for. Manager Hector came to check on us and we couldn't express our gratitude. Not only will we be back again this week, but every time we are in town. Thanks from Houston Tom & Jill

Chianti was AMAZING!! The food and the service was just incredible. Itzel, Angel and Carlos provided some of the best service my boyfriend and I have ever seen.

 Food was the best of my trip!! Nice drink menu as well.
During my stay a dinner was complimentary, which was well worth it. Make sure you go! Some of the drinks and some food options were only available for payment but trust me what ever you choose is worth it!

We stayed at NYX hotel so decided to take the easy option on our first night and check out the hotel restaurant. Our expectations were definitely exceeded!! Above all, the staff were absolutely fantastic, our hostess Hzel was very kind, friendly and accomodating and our wait staff Daniel, Victor and Hector were all very friendly and attentive. They even provided us with bug spray which was very thoughtful and appreciated! The service we received here really was impeccable. The food was also great, with complimentary amuse bouche and lemon chello. We ordered the salmon and chicken and both were great. Would highly recommend the house margaritas. All and all a delightful experience.

Best experience ever. From the moment I entered to the time I left. The host, the manager and servers especially Victor and Angel to the chef and bartender who all joined in to make my night special with a specially prepared piece of cake on a nicely decorated plate, a song dedication, the whole crew singing and a birthday toast. The food? Muah, delicious and the wine? Lovely. The environment? Inviting and pleasant. Do I recommend it? Yes I do Thank you for making me feel right at home

Me and my friend Michelle ate there last night for our courtesy dinner as we were staying at Nyx Hotel.Angel and Carlos were our waiters and their service was fantastic. They never left our glasses empty and kept the table always clean between a course and the other. Also the Hostess Itzel and Hector were nice.Great food.

We received a complimentary meal as part of our stay at NYX Cancun and I can honestly say it's been one of the best restaurants we've eaten at in ages. Our waiters Victor and Daniel were superb, they were so attentive and extremely polite and doting during our meal constantly refilling our drinks, and provided an amazing service!! The food was truly scrumptious and the atmosphere was romantic and cosy. A real gem. Would definitely recommend a visit to this amazing little place! Loved it 10/10 ☺

 5 Star dining experience at reasonable prices
Fantastic final night in Cancun. Got a table for 6 ( 3 adults and 3 children) at Chianti. The service was superb. From the initial greeting to the service staff, everyone was very professional and attentive to every need. We ordered the house wine and sodas for the kids. The staff kept the glasses full and the kids were attended to as much as the adults. The appetizers were fantastic. I had the spicy tuna. I have never had a tasty and beautiful dish as this. Very recommended. My wife and daughter had the Capresse Salad, which was very good and full of fresh flavors. The main meal consisted of veal and prosciutto for me, salmon for my wife, ravioli for my daughter and son, and linguini carbonara for my other kids. It was all top notch flavors and beautifully dished. My daughter's only complaint was the number of raviolis...she could have eaten double what was provided. Dinner was followed by espresso and desserts. I had panna cotte and my wife had tira misu. They were excellent and completed this wonderful meal and experience at Chianti. I have to give a shout out to the staff. Itzel was a wonderful hostess, with Hector providing the warmest welcome to his restaurant. Angel, Victor, and Daniel were extremely attentive to our needs and waited on us constantly...never needed anything because they were there to provide outstanding and professional service. We are sorry this is our last night in Cancun or we would definitely come here again. We highly recommend Chianti.

The restaurant is beautiful. Hector the Manager seated us all together in a beautiful room. Izel our hostess made sure we were all very comfortable. Angel and Victor where our waiters and did an amazing job. There were 14 of us and we were celebrating a 42nd anniversary and we had some honeymooners in the group. Hector had the chef make a special dessert. The food was incredible. We had 3 vegans in the group and they were very pleased with the menu choices. We will absolutely visit the next time we are in Cancun.

As customers staying at the NYX hotel Cancun for 2 weeks we had the pleasure of being able to go to Chianti Restaurant 3 times as part of our all inclusive package. The ambiance is delightful, the food divine and our server on 2 occasions was Daniel... what a great waiter... very professional and serviable. The maître-D was also very attentive and made sure to check on our experience each time.All appetizers were great, for dinner try the risotto and Pork options

 Amazing food & Staff
We received a complementary dinner here through our hotel. It was safe to stay that it blew us away. Our waiter Carlos was extremely professional and attentive. He ensured all of our needs were promptly met. Never once did I have to ask for a drink refill. He answered any and all questions about the menu and made many great suggestions. The chef even made us a complementary appetizer(in addition to our ordered appetizer) the food was incredible. The next time we are in Cancun we will be sure to have dinner here again.

Just had an amazing dining experience at Chianti with the family. Coming from Canada, the value for the food at this restaurant is more than reasonable coming at around ~$20 - $30 CAD for an entree. However, our meal was complementary coming from Hotel Nyx. The service was excellent. Itzel the hostess greeted us and made sure that we were comfortable. Carlos was our waiter and he was perfect the whole night. The food was great tasting and had good portion sizes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the resort coast in Cancun. This is a fine dining experience so ensure that you dress appropriately.

I just completed dinner at the Restaurante Chianti. I didn't think restaurants like this still existed. I had an absolutely amazing meal. My dining experience began with the hostess Itzel's gracious welcome to the restaurant. The servers Victor and Carlos were attentive, cordial and anticipatory of my needs. The menu selections make it very difficult to choose just one appetizer or entree. Instead of having to request lemon in my water, I was offered a choice of lemon,orange,cucumber,or lime! Rene ,the chef ,prepared not only an extremely visually appealing meal ,but a dinner for my daughter and myself that was definitely enjoyed by the both of us. Being an above average restaurant is in the details as the entire staff of Restaurante Chianti is well aware. When we visited the restaurant they had just opened and we where very surprised, the decor is beautiful, the atmosphere and, specially the outdoor sitting. I had the lasagna with truffle and my husband had cotoletta, both where amazing, I love this restaurant, the service was great too. We will be back!

Exposed brick and wood beamed ceilings, dimmed lighting and italian background music all added to exceptional service by the staff and the deliciously fresh cuisine! Awesome experience!From the breads with fresh oils, fresh parmesan cheese n chili stuffed green olives to the unbelievably tasty little toothpick kabob. Sounds crazy but you'll be amazed how awesome it was! Then the entree... all ingredients were extremely fresh and bursting with flavor. Best italian I've had thus far! House wines were great pairings. We were serviced by about 4 staff members throughout the meal and special dessert was made for us once they knew it was our honeymoon. Absolutely the icing on the cake for our awesome stay at the Nyx hotel.Hector, Angel and two other male waiters were most accommodating and personable as well as the female hostess.It is a MUST GO when in mexico!!!!

I had an all inclusive package so this restaurant was included in our deal so I could not tell you how much it was but it was great. Carlos was our waiter and he was very nice along with the rest of the crew that where waiting on us (Itzel, Victor and Hector). This is a def must try, I was extremely with this Italian Restaurant in Mexico, who knew.Thank you for the great experience...

Our servers, Allen and Oscar, were extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely go back if I visit Cancun again.

 EXCELLENT FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE
I had my birthday dinner at Chianti and was treated like a birthday girl....The service goes without question and I would recommend Chianti to all who visit the area... I am from New York City and we some of the best restaurants. Chianti would make it in NYC easily.......

The restaurant was beautiful! Hzel was our hostess she was sure nice An helpful! Our waiter Alan Juan was amazing! Sure nice. The food was amazing! And the service excellent!More

I can say it is hard to surprise me. I was skeptic in the beginning but this was replaced with enjoyment and satisfaction. It is pricey but well worth it. Hector, Angel and Victor really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Food was very acceptable and better than if eating out in Rome. (We speaking price, taste and service) Keep up the good work and nice touch. I recommend the spicy tuna!

I can say it is hard to surprise me. I was skeptic in the beginning but this was replaced with enjoyment and satisfaction. It is pricey but well worth it. Hector, Angel and Victor really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Food was very acceptable and better than if eating out in Rome. (We speaking price, taste and service) Keep up the good work and nice touch. I recommend the spicy tuna!

The food here was good. It came with a complimentary amuse bouche which was a nice touch, along with the choice of oils to dip the warm bread that was offered to us. I also found the option to add lime or cucumber to our water was thoughtful.Although I found that in my dessert there was a solid clump of ice in the ice cream which wasn't so pleasant to bite into..(profiteroles filled with ice cream) and I Also felt that there was too many staff to one table, that repeatedly came up to clean the table/fill waters/ ask if we were okay etc.. personally I prefer if the water is left on the table and we are left alone! But that's just preference.
