 Wonderful experience especially for my daughter who has severe food allergies
Chef Wilbert, Supervisor Wen, Waitress Queen kept our daughter safe with delicious food made just for her. Traveling out of the country with my daughter who has severe food allergies made me very nervous, but after reading a review before our travels helped put me at ease. I appreciated the card the hotel made for her that listed her specific allergies (milk, eggs, & peanuts). EVERY restaurant and chef that we had the pleasure of caring for us were absolutely amazing. My daughter didn't feel like a burden and most importantly she felt safe. Thank you to all of you, especially Wilbert, Wen & Queen.We enjoyed the variety of food, the pools were fun and a lot of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The entertainment provided was a lot of fun, especially the 9 PM shows. The rooms were nice and the staff was great! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

 We stayed in a Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite.
Rooms have a nice terrace with great views of the ocean and the pool and restaurant areas. We were on the 6th floor and the bed and pillows were sooo very comfortable. Wish I could bring them home with me. Staff provided great service and went out of their way to make sure were had everything we wanted.

Excellent for families with children, business work, or a relaxed weekend. They really take care of you here. Happy staff, food delicious and a very welcoming ambience.

OMG!!! My Family and I had the best time ever at this hotel, even though it's not as big as I thought it would be, we still enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so nice and friendly. This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in. Family friendly, Couple friendly, and group friendly. The food was excellent, we ate at two of their specialty restaurants (Brazilian & Asian), both were excellent. There was always something to eat, we were able to watch the Mayweather fight in our rooms, complimentary of the hotel. Room service was excellent also. The pool was very nice, the water was warm, every couple of days, they have a 30-minute foam party, which was fun, you can get lost in the bubbles, so be careful. Nightly entertainment as well. The bed slept very well, nice and firm. Just be mindful, these are full-sized beds. You have your own liquor dispenser in your room with a refrigerator. Excellent choice to stay here. You also can join their vacation club, don't know too much about it, but from what I was told, it's something to look into. My family came in August, so there wasn't a lot of folks here, so if you are looking to come when there is fewer people come in August. Overall Hard Rock Hotel Rocks.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of selections. Lunch gave us a lot to choose from, including special order meat, crepes, pasta. The VIP level snack bar had incredible grilled shrimp. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose.

Marlene was absolutely amazing, she was always greeting us and making sure our trip was going well. She always answered every question we threw at her, very knowledgeable. We very much appreciated her service. We also really liked Enrique our waiter at the pool, he was always checking in us to make sure we had a cold drink in our hands the entire 7 days we were here. He went above and beyond to take care of us. We appreciated all of Enrique's hard work!! Thank you Hard Rock and all of your splendid service.

I enjoyed my experience in this hotel. It is all inclusive. I am not a huge lover of buffets but their a la cart options were very nice. I especially liked the Argentinian restaurant. Italian was pretty good too. The rooms are great. The only thing is that the ocean is really wavy on their side. I prefer to stay in a different part of the Kukulcan Blvd that has a quiet ocean.

 Pre summer vacation
Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, All-Inclusive Cancun, Mexico Recently stay here in the Family side. It was our family vacation 8 adults and two 14 month old granddaughters. Had a few situations but the assistant mgr. Fir and reservations mgr. Ms. Paola Marquez made every effort to remedy the situation and made sure our trip was more than pleasant. I was impressed how quickly they handled the situation. Providing the best customer service. Overall the entire hotel staff is very friendly and hard working to make your stay a very pleasant one. Every restaurant's meals were excellent offering a great variety. All the restaurants are casual dress. except for we were told the French and Italian.I was disappointed with Hard Rock Corporate not enforcing the Dress Code in the French Rest. Le Petit or the Italian. Originally men needed to wear long pants, shirt with collar and shoes. We were all dressed for a great evening out only to be surrounded by the majority of people dress as if they were going to the beach. We spoke with Rest. Mgr. unfortunately his hand are tied unless upper management enforces this rule to apply to all entering these two restaurants. All the grounds are kept immaculate. Room are very spacious with comfortable beds.They offer an adult only side which we have stayed in also great. Has a great night club with plenty of bar space, a pool table and sitting areas inside and out.

 Rock Star Treatment
This is a repeat stay at Cancun Hard Rock resort for our extended family and I can only say this place gets better and better. Non stop entertainment staff. 5 star service around the pool, bars and resaurants. Food and drinks literally everywhere around the clock. Music is upbeat and for all generations. Favorites were Zen for breakfast where Luis greets guest by name. Jovin made the best quessidillas. Ciao for dinner is the best for a formal dinner, requires men to wear pants. Damian was an amazingly attentive waiter who went out of his way to exceed my father's expectations and even arranged for a special request for dinner one night. Frida, the Mexican restaurant was a delight. The plate of appetizers was a meal in itself. The 3rd floor grill is a well kept secret for lunch serving anything you want on the grill with rice, zucchini and asparagus. It also had a full menu of smoothies. Recommend making reservations for dinner. Marco and Gustavo were our personal agents and took very good care of us making sure we had everything we needed and more than we ever asked for. Highly recommend this resort for family and friend vacations. All ages are accomodated and the service and amenities are top notch. It is definitely worth the investment.

My wife and I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel last week (March 18-25. 2017). Having owned a restaurant for over 20 years I have plenty of experience both good and bad with servers. The entire staff at the hotel deserves my highest applause. Two servers stood out and were exceptional. Jimmy at Fridos Restaurant and Ramos served us on the beach. You would do well to ask for them to take care of you if you visit the hotel.

 Pre summer vacation
Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, All-Inclusive Cancun, Mexico Recently stay here in the Family side. It was our family vacation 8 adults and two 14 month old granddaughters. Had a few situations but the assistant mgr. Fir and reservations mgr. Ms. Paola Marquez made every effort to remedy the situation and made sure our trip was more than pleasant. I was impressed how quickly they handled the situation. Providing the best customer service. Overall the entire hotel staff is very friendly and hard working to make your stay a very pleasant one. Every restaurant's meals were excellent offering a great variety. All the restaurants are casual dress. except for we were told the French and Italian.I was disappointed with Hard Rock Corporate not enforcing the Dress Code in the French Rest. Le Petit or the Italian. Originally men needed to wear long pants, shirt with collar and shoes. We were all dressed for a great evening out only to be surrounded by the majority of people dress as if they were going to the beach. We spoke with Rest. Mgr. unfortunately his hand are tied unless upper management enforces this rule to apply to all entering these two restaurants. All the grounds are kept immaculate. Room are very spacious with comfortable beds.They offer an adult only side which we have stayed in also great. Has a great night club with plenty of bar space, a pool table and sitting areas inside and out.

 Convention!
Excellent for families with children, business work, or a relaxed weekend. They really take care of you here. Happy staff, food delicious and a very welcoming ambience.

 Hard Rock Hotel ROCKS!!!!!
OMG!!! My Family and I had the best time ever at this hotel, even though it's not as big as I thought it would be, we still enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so nice and friendly. This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in. Family friendly, Couple friendly, and group friendly. The food was excellent, we ate at two of their specialty restaurants (Brazilian & Asian), both were excellent. There was always something to eat, we were able to watch the Mayweather fight in our rooms, complimentary of the hotel. Room service was excellent also. The pool was very nice, the water was warm, every couple of days, they have a 30-minute foam party, which was fun, you can get lost in the bubbles, so be careful. Nightly entertainment as well. The bed slept very well, nice and firm. Just be mindful, these are full-sized beds. You have your own liquor dispenser in your room with a refrigerator. Excellent choice to stay here. You also can join their vacation club, don't know too much about it, but from what I was told, it's something to look into. My family came in August, so there wasn't a lot of folks here, so if you are looking to come when there is fewer people come in August. Overall Hard Rock Hotel Rocks.

 Hard Rock Restaurants
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of selections. Lunch gave us a lot to choose from, including special order meat, crepes, pasta. The VIP level snack bar had incredible grilled shrimp. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose.

We had a great time! It was amazing. No complaints at all. Clean room excellent service. Pool was off the hook kid friendly. We will be going back soon!

They have something for everyone! Mexican night has real authentic Mexican food. The Brazilian restaurant is amazing!
