 Quick and Amazing Fish Tacos if your are heading south
This place was recommended by a local friend. Just south of the entrance on the 307 headed South from the Airport, next to the 7-11. The place was packed with locals enjoying generous portions of freshly prepared fried fish Tacos. The menu here is fast Mexican seafood and homemade popsicles only. Very fast and tasty!

 The best allrounder in Cancun!
I found this place not far from my hotel (Hotel Antillano) and it was one of the best places to eat I've been in since I arrived at Cancun. The staff is very friendly, regardless of how much you tip, the food is excelent (best local burrito in town in my opinion) and the prices are of the roof tiny. Great burritos and everything you order is just right. You can choose your own vegetables and sauces, no charge. Just a must local favorite!

 Best Fried Fish Tacos!
We were recommended this restaurant from someone we met in Valladolid that used to work in Cancun, and he was right! Truly the best fried fish tacos. The fried shrimp tacos are also delicious. They have a condiment bar so you can add whatever toppings you want, and oodles of sauces. For 29 pesos, you get two pieces of fish and two taco tortillas. Whole family agreed we would eat there for lunch almost daily if we lived in Cancun, it's that good!

We stopped at the even smaller restaurant they also have in the hotel zone. It is located pretty much in front of the Intercontinental (km 8) and its opening hours seem to be the same.Very simple place, barebones even, but with some of the best food in the entire area. The ceviche is phenomenal and the fish tacos... well, let's just we went back quite a few times there just for those delicious tacos. Don't forget to get up and get yourself some condiments, like pico de gallo and fresh lime, then add a tiny bit of one of the 4 choices of sauces (3 mayo and 1 tamarind).Everything is dirt cheap, so even if you order too much food (which is probably bound to happen), your wallet won't suffer at all.Oh and the last time we visited, I tried their homemade ice cream. Out of this world!

 Best Fish Tacos
I've eaten here twice now and the fish Tacos are incredible. 29 pesos for two! Unbelievable! The Corona is very cold and the service is great! I'm staying at the LaQuinta Inn across the street so I will be going here every day!

 Specializing in fish & shrimp tacos and ceviche
If you're craving a seafood snack, this little walk-up restaurant (across from the President Intercontinental Hotel) is for you.I ordered (2) fish tacos for 29-pesos each. Very filling with each taco having 2 large fish fillets on a corn tortilla. I was full by the time I finished both!I especially liked a couple of things:1. the fillets were deep friend and very flakey, tender.2. the selection of toppings (onion, cabbage, cucumber, pico de gallo, habanero with lemon) as well as the multitude of sauces3. I especially liked that they had some habanero oil at the tables which really allowed me to add a kick!They also have shrimp as a topping (on tacos, burritos, tostidos) as well as ceviche.

nothing to dislike. a couple of USD for phenomenal Ceviche, Shrimp Burrito, Fish Burrito, I buy them every time to take on trips and for the plane ride home. Best value....

 FANTASTIC fish taco
Go there its a must, fish taco and the fish Buritto is out of this world!!!!!! Choice of many differents sauce that the waiter brings a the table... Try Tamarindo sauce soooo yummy.lools like its only open lunch time.My fish tacos cost me 29 mxc pesos ( 1,50$US)Best fish taco in Cancun for sure!!

 Best seafood tacos!
We visited the Los de Pescado branch at the roundabout on the corner of Ave Yaxchilan and Labna... a few times. We couldn't go past the fish tacos and the prawn tacos. The horchata (drink) is also good. There's heaps of fresh fillings that you pile on yourself and some tasty sauces. We have been travelling through Mexico for about a month, searching for awesome Mexican food, and mostly being disappointed but this place delivered!

 Very economical and you get a great meal.
Careful, your eyes are bigger than your stomach, two tacos should be more than enough. The natural drinks are great, and if they have the coconut ice Popsicle, don't skip it.

Ok... really good food and not that expensive! Burrito and Fish Tacos with complements such as onions (awesome), cucumber, salsas... The tostada de ceviche was great too! I will come back for sure

Loved the Chili Rellenos! The cervichie was good the onion rings were ok. No idea why I had them at a Mexican restaurant, but oh well. They were very busy but the service was good.

We tried their shrimp burrito, fish burrito, fish tacos, ceviche and their sauce is delicious! I wish I had tried more of their menu items but the tacos and burritos were just too good to pass up each time we visited. Everything was made fresh to order and came out in a timely manner. Each meal was less than $10 for two people. Notes:- Out door seating only but there is shade!- They do take USD currency- Their condiments (i.e. onions, greens, tomatoes) are on the side. You top it off yourself!- They'll give you about five bottles of sauce once they bring your food out- Their business hours are from 10AM to 6PM

Vacationing in Cancun and not eat a real taco is unacceptable. So my wife and I tried Los de Pescado and their famous tacos one day for lunch. I had the fish and my wife had the shrimp taco. They did not disappoint at all. Absolutely delicious! We loved it so much we ordered take out.

 It only opens at lunch time
We decided to eat here because it was just round the corner from where we stayed. It does what it does in excellent fashion, it's seafood, tacos, burritos and some salad at the salad bar, beer and soft drinks. My fish burrito was superb, my partner's seafood ceviche was fantastic. The price 140 pesos for two meals and two beers is the best value meal I've had in a long time. I left a decent tip. When I got back to our studio, I noticed the bill was a beer light. We handed over the 30 pesos on our next walk past. We will be going there again soon. Why does it only open at lunch time????

 Good food for that price
You usually get what you pay for. Here you pay a good price and the food is very good. It is mainly fried but has great and fresh taste. The ceviche is priceworthy too!

 Best meal we had
We ate here on a Sunday for lunch. Seriously the best meal we had all week. I ordered shrimp tacos and my husband ordered the fish burrito. They bring the item to the table, then you go over to the topping bar to dress it up. They provide 5 sauces for you to use on your table as well. Absolutely delicious!! We wanted to eat there again, and went on the Monday night for dinner, but they were closed, so we went next door instead. I'm still dreaming about the second meal I missed out on :( Price was fantastic!!!!!!! We both ate for around $10 total!

I had the shrimp burrito and I went back everyday for 3 days (remainder of trip). My beer was cold and the price was unbeatable!

4 fish tacos, 3 beers $10 Canadian... Can't get better then that. Took a bus trip here specifically, as a friend told me about it. And I was not disappointed, iam a very picky eater and this place was perfect the tacos come plain and you ad your own toppings. The beer was cold and they serve you at your table after your initial order. Will definitely go back

We stumbled in on this place while staying at the La Quinta across the street (highly recommend that hotel!) The staff at Los de Pescado was overly attentive, food was hot and fresh and well put together; we ordered a second helping after enjoying our first tacos so much! Late night live music was nice

Kept coming back to this little plastic chairs & tables restaurant full of locals. The fish tacos are delicious. Be sure to go to the 'salad bar' - sounds grander than it is but it makes the tacos more substantial. Great fora quick snack - they're only open during the day.

There are 4 locations now. One downtown, one in Plaza Kukulcan, one in plaza Quetzal and one on the highway to Playa del Carmen. Maybe more. Nothing fancy. Just great Mexican food at even better prices. The ceviche is the BEST. Loaded with fresh seafood, they don't overload the taste with cilantro, a spice I am fond of in the right proportion. Homemade sausez for e ery taste. Great place for lunch but most in hotel zone close around 6p.m. you can't go wrong with this place and as always, service with a smile.

I ate at the Los de Pescado several times and I loved the shrimp burritos every single time. I loved the fact that you could add some vegetables to your dish and they have about 4-5 different sauces too. Cheap and deliceous!

 awesome baja fish tacos
$2 will get you 2 baja style fish tacos. The cheapest yet best that I've eaten in comparison to San Jose, Fresno, Atlanta, Baja, San Diego, LA. The better location is in front of the Intercontinental. There's a new branch in Kukulkan Plaza that's cleaner but not as good.

 Do not miss it!
We all love fancy nice restaurants but once in a while you have to get out of the box and try this local small chain restaurant. Simple and with a short menu, but just great fish and shellfish tacos and ceviches! Try them all!Worth to look for it! It is a very nice lunch that definitively will boost your day.

 Great Food
I went to walmart to get some drinks for my kids and i found this local fast food and it was packed. I decided to go in and get some food the place was super clean. I tried the shrip burritos and fish tacos and they were great. Im fron San Diego amd my sister from Florida and we were amazied!! I would recomend this place and I would go there every time I go to Cancun!!

 Eat here, delicious!
You must try this in Cancún, the one on Av Tulum. Just delicious and great service. The fish and shrimp tacos were definitely my favourite. I was in Cancún for five days and I ate here three times.

We were on our way to a taco place across the street only to find out it didn't open until 4PM. So we looked across the road and found this place. There were several local restaurants all next to each other but Los De Pescado was PACKED with locals so it must be good (: And it was. Small menu, only a few items. We have the Fish Tacos and the Ceviche tostada. AMAZING !!!!!!!! Do not miss this place if you are in Cancun. Easy to get to from any of the Hotel Zona busses.

 Amazing tacos de camarones y pescado!
The place is across the street of the Hotel I stayed at Oh! by Oasis. We had the ceviche, tacos de pescado (fish) and camarones (shrimp).

 Excellent Cheviche!!!
Another little open air restaurant with tables on the covered sidewalk. Run by amazing ladies. Everything is served fresh, the ceviche is out of this world!!!! Large servings with fresh tortilla chips. Excellent shrimp soup. I wish I could take the ladies home with me so they could make me ceviche every day. Perfect in every way!

 THe one in Hotel Zone
The Fish tacos are amazing! Great buy! They have a taco sauce that is wonderful. Cold soda and Beer along with them, and it does not get any better. Busy, but efficient!

The food was great and very inexpensive. It was great for lunch. We had the fish tacos and shrimp burritos.

The empanada with fish and shrimp was also very good but we didn't care for the one with the marlin mixture. They have beer and soft drinks and ice cream. Staff are efficient and very friendly. The best deal was the fish tacos. Two for 29 pesos. But, all of it was good value for good food!!

 Greatest Ceviche I've ever had
This restaurant has some of the best cheap seafood I have eaten in Mexico. The Ceviche is especially good! Recommended

 In a hurry, need to catch a plane or boat and hungry, this is the place
The food is very constant, don't be fooled, one fish taco is actually two and they are pretty filling, so I normally stay with one fish taco and either a shrimp taco or a Tostada of Ceviche. The natural drinks are very good and the price is very accessible, plus they get the food to you in very little time. The place is always crowded and not the most enjoyable, but you go for the food, not to impress anyone. I recommend it.

 Visit the one in the hotel zone
We ate lunch at the Los de Pescado in the hotel zone (Kulkukan Blvd and Quetzal, approx. KM 8) after passing it several times on the bus and noticing it was always busy. The deep fried fish tacos are amazing! Be sure to load them up with condiments which are around the corner at the end of the bar where you order.

Based on taste and value these tacos are the best in town (subjective, I know). Coming from Southern California, where I'd like to think we know a thing or two about Mexican food, I can honestly say these would be the best in LA as well! One fish taco and one shrimp taco with some of their habanero sauce and beer for 80 pesos is a steal!!!

If these are not the best, they are right up there. Great value, Easy locations. We go to the one on Kukulcan, across from the Presidente . Always easy parking. Get the sauces!

 Excellent fast fish food, clean and delicious.
Probably would have given it an excellent rating, but this is a fast food restaurant. We probably eat there at least twice a month and it has always been delicious. Food is always freshly made, all the trimmings are perfect, the fresh fruit drinks are great and to top it off ask for a Coconut ice cream, almost as good as having a cold beer on a very hot and humid day.Go and enjoy, you will not regret it and your travel allowance will not even feel it. They have a pretty good one right in front of The Quality Inn hotel.

 Don't expect anything and you'll be greatly surprised
First, we didn't go to the downtown location, we found a small place just in front of the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel, just minutes away from our hotel in bus.It is a fast food place with no aspirations whatsoever, there is a small kitchen where they prepare your food (clean, in view) and a few tables right in the street, with shade. In our case, we didn't had any problem with service, they attend us right away in both ocassions that we went.Fish and shrimp tacos are just 25 pesos ($2 usd), you can make 2 tacos from the fish tacos, very fulfilling and tasty. Ceviche tostada is also $2 usd, and that was delicious!!! Ceviche is fish cooked with lemon, very fresh and they have some shrimp on it, really tasty. For a family of 4 (kids eating like adults) total was $34 usd including tip. Nice, clean, cheap and tasty.If you can handle them, the horchata refreshment was truly delicious!! Loved them!So, if you get tired of expensive restaurants, go here, it is in the hotel zone (Plaza Flamingos).

I was sad when I found out the burritos have no beans and are full of cabbage and onions and junk but if you like that sort of thing I am sure they are great because my husband ordered one and loved it. I had the shrimp tacos and loved them. They make their own sauces to put on your food too and it was excellent!

 Good and unique fast food, yet service and presentation bad as usual
These are the best fish tacos in town but service has always been mediocre, no justification. Also I can't stand the plastic bag to cover the plastic dish. It's always been like this. Prices always going up. It used to be very affordable, not anymore!

We ate lunch at the Los de Pescado in the hotel zone (Kulkukan Blvd and Quetzal, approx. KM 8) after passing it several times on the bus and noticing it was always busy. The deep fried fish tacos are amazing! Be sure to load them up with condiments which are around the corner at the end of the bar where you order.

 Excellent fast fish food, clean and delicious.
Probably would have given it an excellent rating, but this is a fast food restaurant. We probably eat there at least twice a month and it has always been delicious. Food is always freshly made, all the trimmings are perfect, the fresh fruit drinks are great and to top it off ask for a Coconut ice cream, almost as good as having a cold beer on a very hot and humid day.Go and enjoy, you will not regret it and your travel allowance will not even feel it. They have a pretty good one right in front of The Quality Inn hotel.

 Don't expect anything and you'll be greatly surprised
First, we didn't go to the downtown location, we found a small place just in front of the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel, just minutes away from our hotel in bus.It is a fast food place with no aspirations whatsoever, there is a small kitchen where they prepare your food (clean, in view) and a few tables right in the street, with shade. In our case, we didn't had any problem with service, they attend us right away in both ocassions that we went.Fish and shrimp tacos are just 25 pesos ($2 usd), you can make 2 tacos from the fish tacos, very fulfilling and tasty. Ceviche tostada is also $2 usd, and that was delicious!!! Ceviche is fish cooked with lemon, very fresh and they have some shrimp on it, really tasty. For a family of 4 (kids eating like adults) total was $34 usd including tip. Nice, clean, cheap and tasty.If you can handle them, the horchata refreshment was truly delicious!! Loved them!So, if you get tired of expensive restaurants, go here, it is in the hotel zone (Plaza Flamingos).

I was sad when I found out the burritos have no beans and are full of cabbage and onions and junk but if you like that sort of thing I am sure they are great because my husband ordered one and loved it. I had the shrimp tacos and loved them. They make their own sauces to put on your food too and it was excellent!

These are the best fish tacos in town but service has always been mediocre, no justification. Also I can't stand the plastic bag to cover the plastic dish. It's always been like this. Prices always going up. It used to be very affordable, not anymore!
