 Super place
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, fresh hot food! Everything is recycled and reused including parts of the building. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody going to Cancun! HPj

 Lovely place
We came here pretty much every day of our holiday and it was great. The food was reasonably priced and as a veggie it was a reliable place to come. Smoothies were delicious and staff were lovely, would definitely recommend.If I was to give any feedback though it would be to have a vegan option for breakfast, like avocado on toast. Also the tofu always seemed a bit bland, more seasoning would of made it perfect. Definitely worth a visit if you're around the area!

We ate here 4 of the mornings of our 7 day trip even though we walked by at least 50 restaraunts to get the. It is attached to the Surfin Burrito but muck more laid back with an extensive menu. Our breakfasts were about $10.00 with fresh fruit and juice included. Highly recommend!

 BEST FOOD in Cancun
We past this place a couple times while walking around- my family kept passing it by-- and finally I said- that's where I want to go... after the first night we ate there- we went back each day-- breakfast, lunch, dinner- soooo good-- they have fresh fruit juices and shakes, awesome hummus, enchiladas, you name it-- they have it and honestly was the best food we had in mexico!

We decided to eat at Natura after reading the reviews online and we were not disappointed. The food is delicious and very well priced. It's very close to the beach we went swimming so stopping there for lunch or dinner was really convenient. The piña collada are very good and I tried everything seafood which was great. My husband had the chicken dish and pasta and he loved it. We ate there 4-5 times in a one week period and the service in general was good. Some servers were more attentive than others but willing to overlook that because the food is great and the setting is beautiful. In average we paid less than $20 USD for 2 people with main courses and refreshments. You can't beat that!

This is one if our favs. Great breakfast options. High quality food and very good service. Prices very reasonable. Must try one of the smoothie drinks.

Me, my boyfriend and his mother went to Natura, because we had read that they order a really good and tasty food. And we weren't disappointed. The food was great and the portions were huge. Stuff was really friendly and even gave us one of the sauces to take with us, because we really liked it. There is also a menu for vegans, so everybody can get something good from their menu.

We stumbled into this place and it was wonderful. We had a group of seven and they had something for everyone including our friend who was vegetarian. The smoothies and pina colada were the most amazing we had in all of Cancun. The prices were great for being located on the main strip and the food was delicious. We wanted to go again but couldn't make it back before our trip ended.

Located right on the main drag, and you sit just feet off the street/sidewalk. Nothing fancy or pretentious about this place, but the food is amazing. They tout themselves as being Vegan, but the menu is extensive, and value wise it's absolutely one of the best spots in Cancun for a great meal.

We selected this place as a pure vegetarian dinner. Good juices and coco nut . The vegetarian enchiladas were very tasty . The food is delicious . Staff is friendly. We are here few times . And price is not expensive.

We were in Cancun recently and ate a couple meals in Natura. The steak nachos were to die for as were the chicken enchiladas. Actually, everyone pretty much enjoyed everything without exception.Portions, both food and drink were pretty big and very well priced. I realize that some of this is due to the strength of the dollar to the peso, but it was still very reasonable. Dinner for 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) was about $80 with drinks (margaritas and Don Julio shots). Also, all of the wait staff were great. Give it a try.

 Great stop for a big breakfast!
We stopped in around 10a looking for a traditional breakfast of eggs and pancakes and we found it here! They have a lot of choices for food and a whole page of juices and smoothies! Not to mention the atmosphere is cool and you can eat outside under the shade of a vine canopy. Our kids loved it and the service was friendly and fast!

We decided to hit this local spot for breakfast while on our family vacation during Thanksgiving week. It was so cute and quaint and the staff were super friendly! Three of us ordered the French toast and one ordered the pancakes. It was all very yummy and did not disappoint .. oh the coffee was wonderful too! We will be going back.. great prices too!

Have been eating at Natura for years. The food is well prepared, reasonably priced, and delicious. It is more like home cooking. Carlos and Luis are friendly, helpful and always so nice to us. We love this little place in the Hotel zone. Would highly recommend it.

Our family had dinner here during our vacation. We were originally going to the Surfin' Burritto, which is right next door too, but the Surfin' Burritto is more like a take out place, very small. We had 6 in our party and so decided to try this place. We are very glad we did!We had guacamole for an appetizer which was good along with margaritas, also good. The main courses were excellent. I had vegetarian enchilladas which were fantastic. Others had burritos and tacos and every one enjoyed their meal very much. We were seated outside and so were able to enjoy some street dancers who actually really very talented. It was a fun evening and we would absolutely go back here. Service was also very good.

Really a great place for organic food. The breakfasts were superb, especially the fruit smoothies. the plants on display make the place very attractive.

I absolutely love this place! Not only is the staff super friendly, the food is just so amazing! Great place if you're a vegetarian or vegan as well. Also, you have to try the juices! I did not like Cancun but I would come back just to visit this place again!

 Gave it a second chance
The first time I visited I ordered the chilaquiles and I was not impressed. The tortilla chips had no crunch and were soggy mush and the egg was not fully cooked. Advice: let them know how cooked you want the egg. The second time I visited I got the pancakes and a plate of eggs, beans, and bacon. The pancakes were delicious!!! & this time I asked for well cooked eggs. Glad I gave this place a second chance because it did not disappoint. My boyfriend got omelettes for both visits and he was satisfied with both. Natura has both indoor and outdoor seating and there is parking across the street which you have to pay for. There are other Natura locations but this one was the closest to our hotel. It is right next to Surfin Burrito.

After reading the reviews we decided to go to Natura the last night in Cancun. They have many different juices "combinados" that are large and delicious. Then we ordered shrimp and fish. Everything was delicious. Service was slow and they have no parking. That's why they didn't get 5 stars but the food is 5 starts. A must go and great prices

 So good we went twice in a week
Fantastic little restaurant which actually had nice vegetarian options, compared to other more expensive restaurants a short walk away. It was so good we went twice during our week in the city. The statutory tip they add onto your meal is also less than the other places, which was also a nice surprise!

Our friendly server's name was Luis and we were delighted with him. In addition to dishes of seafood, chicken and beef they also offer meals for vegetarians.Their margarita is perfectly made and the complimentary appetizer's were great. The guacamole was very good as well. My meal of beef fajitas was delicious. Portions are liberal and the prices reasonable. When we get back to Cancun you can bet that we will become regulars at Natura.

 A touch of something different
We picked Natura in hopes to find something my wife could eat (avoid allergens to corn and lemon). She was accommodated and had a very meal of grilled shrimp on wild rice in a pineapple. The enchiladas and shrimp fettuccini were also very good. We were very satisfied with our meal and the menu had more to offer than other restaurants we've been to in Cancun.

We recently returned from a Labor Day trip to Cancun.We had brakfast at Natura one morning and it was wonderfull.We returned the following evening for dinner and we were not disappointed.My wif and I botj had pasta .Both dishes were top notch.Great service.We will return.

First off, park across the street! The food was quite good, juices excellent. We had vegan tacos and mushroom burger which were both tasty. I only wish they didn't use heavy flour/wheat tortillas for the tacos, but traditional corn instead. Service was excellent and friendly, prices just right for the area.If you're looking for healthy food in Cancun, Natura is a good bet (but avoid the other one in Puerto Morelos!)

Came here for breakfast because of their pride for organic meals and vegetarian food. The servers were very courteous and friendly throughout the whole time we were there. I ordered a blend of guava/orange/pineapple juice which was amazing...so delicious! The breakfast platter was healthy and full of flavor. Too many delicious choices in their menu to decide. It was a great meal, good service and pretty good prices. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think you will enjoy it. Check it out!

 Good Food & Drink / Cool Looking Restaurant
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Extensive selection of food for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians that is decently priced around 100-200 pesos per dish for a decent portion. Excellent selection of drinks from flavored water, fresh coconut and smoothies. Restaurant is decorated to resemble a jungle type hut which makes for a trendy,hippy vibe. Restaurant recycles giving you a sense of goodwill eating there. Only downside I thought was being located at the side of the road, but in the hotel zone it is unavoidable. I recommend this place for a change of scenery away from the hotels and 'Vegas' style area at Forum by the Beach.

I loved the breakfast I ordered, as well as the Margarita I had with it. I had Chilaquiles with a side of chorizo. The roasted jalapeños were fabulous. My sister enjoyed her omelet. The food was all very fresh. Service was friendly and excellent. The setting is casual with outdoor seating available.

Dinner was v good. Veggie tacos, veggie rice, guacamole, mohito and beer. Everything was good and worth the price, cost was about:480 pesos. Breakfast was ok only. Omelette was below average. Otherwise Great location . Right in hotel zone. Take the bus R-1 or R-2 and it will cost only 1 USD per person. Very safe and comfortable. Do not take taxis , they cost ridiculous amount of money. In car it was 140 pesos to natura from our hotel :/.

 Lifesaver!
A few days into my stay in Cancún I was having some serious tummy ache due to the greasy, salty and starchy food found in most places. I wouldn't say that there's a lot of authentic Mexican food anywhere, rather it's all been adapted to fit greasy US fare so that tourists from there can say they've tried Mexican food, or at least that's how it seemed to me.However, when we found this place which wasn't far from our hotel, Flamingo, I was so happy! They had delicious fresh juices, AND fresh coconuts, which I had been dying to have since I got to Mexico. The food was good, not amazing, but they had a ton of vegetarian stuff, which which made me very happy.We ate here twice, and while the service was kind of slow, and you sometimes you have to call on the waiters' attention two or three times before they pay you any attention, it was still a good experience. Probably in part due to it's selection of fresh foods compared to many of the surrounding places we found. I would eat at this place if it were located here in Stockholm too.

Very good food for reasonable price. Margarita superb. Restaurant seems to be busy. Nice garden outside. In general we are happy with service and food.

 Great Food, Slow Service
My family and I came to eat here twice on our stay in Cancun. Their juices were great and freshly made, which made us want to come back twice. Food was good the chicken was very delicious and the shrimp was also good, but the rice not so much. I love brown rice, but it had a weird flavor not sure what it was. SERVICE:This was a big downside for me, we sat down and it took like 10 min. get someone to acknowledge that we were there. While a mother and daughter who had a Louis Vuitton pursue got a server right away, sorry I don't bring my designer bags on vacation :/ Anyway, once our server came over took our drink order and app. order we waited and waited for drinks, then our guac. I think we asked him about twice for our guac and he said they were making it and it would be right out. This was not the case and when it was brought out it was literally just avocado smashed I think it had onion, but not sure. Then our food came out 30 mins after the 30mins it took to get our drinks and guac. food, I didn't mind waiting because I had read great reviews. But it all came out at different times two out of the four got our orders and then the other 2 were left waiting. Two of us were almost done before the other two plates came out. That was a big down side for me because I like waiting for people to start eating together, but if they would have waited their food would have been stone cold.This also happened on our second visit and out of our group of 8, six of us were done already by the time the other 2 people even got their food. It was tacos and fajitas, I could see fajitas taking a little longer, but tacos that one is tough when you can make a taco in a matter of mins. I want to give this place more stars, but I feel they should work on their service a lot more since they include the tip on the bill. You can tell they don't care too much about the service since they have a guaranteed tip. I would return for the juices!

 Very slow service, mexican food was good but the pasta was terrible
During our recent stay in Cancun we visited Natura Restaurant thrice as it had a special vegetarian menu as well. On all three occasions, the service was very, very slow. On the first visit, we ordered Burritos and they tasted good. The quantity of food was also good enough. During our second visit for breakfast, we ordered pancakes and omelette. The service was very slow but the food was good. During the final visit, we went in and found a table. The server saw us come in but went ahead to take orders from people who came in later and ignored us for a full 10 minutes. When we finally got the chance, we ordered the Pesto Pasta to go and some guacamole to have while we were waiting. Firstly, they never brought us our guacamole until an hour later along with our to-go order. I understand that they were busy so let's leave that. We go back to our condo only to find that the pasta (which costed a lot more than the burrito) tasted terrible. To top that off, the quantity of pasta they gave each of us would not be sufficient even for a little kid. So, we basically wasted more than an hour waiting there and spending money on food we couldn't even eat and had to throw away. They automatically add 10% tip to your bill so that cannot be changed if you experience bad service. Do not order the pesto pasta at this place. I really wanted to like this place but I think there are other restaurants in Cancun which offer better service.

 Great Food, Slow Service
My family and I came to eat here twice on our stay in Cancun. Their juices were great and freshly made, which made us want to come back twice. Food was good the chicken was very delicious and the shrimp was also good, but the rice not so much. I love brown rice, but it had a weird flavor not sure what it was. SERVICE:This was a big downside for me, we sat down and it took like 10 min. get someone to acknowledge that we were there.  Friendly service but modicore food!
The tacos had a burnt taste to it but the Mexican ensalad was pretty good. I would give them a second chance only if I'm desperately hungry and didn't have any other place to go.

However after tasting it I was glad that the quantity was less. Seemed like the cook knew that no one could finish even that tiny bit. We ended up throwing the whole thing and repented going there and wasting our time and money.To add to this they charge a flat 10% tip to your bill giving you no choice in deciding the tip. No wonder our waiter cared too little.Stick to Mexican dishes
