Wonderful fresh ceviche was our daily favorite at this lovely restaurant. our only disappointment was that it wasn't open for dinner.

Nizuc Resort and Spa is a special place. The restaurants, bars and beaches are extraordinary. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

 Extra-ordinary beach lunch, with fantastic service
Exquisite food at a break in the sun-bathing on the beach the restaurant overlooks. Extremely pleasant service. Do try the Nizuc estate-owned white, oaked chardonnay from Baja California. High-quality Mexican white wine, - who would have thought, but it is actually more than true!

 Delicious lunch with an incredible view
My wife's favorite restaurant for both the Peruvian style of cooking but for the best view of the ocean. Only open for lunch and not dinner so finding time out of our day of activities was challenging but well worth it.

 Moon Palace Experience
Wife and I stayed at Nizuc for her 65th birthday. Nizuc is one of three sections of Moon Palace (Sunrise, Nizuc, and Grand). Want to recognize some folks for making our week special. Nizuc - Pool Concierge (Edgar and Leira) for ensuring we had a paper and all the drinks and towels we could possibly need. Los Caporales restaurant - Santiago was our server and our guacamole was made table side by Edwardo. Both did an excellent job of making a dining experience. As noted, it was a trip for my wife's 65th birthday. We ate at Palapa Barracuda on one of the nights. Our waiter (Martin) and the Manager (Luis) were great. Martin did a great job and the steaks were excellent. One we finished, Martin and Luis brought some other wait staff to provide a cake and birthday wishes to my wife. Another special dining event. We found a great little bar near the Grand. The beach bar which is right on the beach. While they close at 5 pm, we were there about 3 every day but one of our total 7. The bartender (Jose) and the wait staff for the beach area (Elena, Diane and Rosa) made it such a fun place to finish the afternoon. They were the kind of folks you just enjoy being around because they are fun. It was great talking to them before going to prepare for dinner. Nizuc is between Sunrise and Grand so it makes it easy to experience all that Moon Palace has to offer.

Great selection of food for the whole family. Variety is good, quality great, never left unsatisfied .

Lovely spa. Super fun to go with the girls and get mani pedis. The massages are great. I like the 25 min back massage as much if not more than the massage at the golf course spa.

This place is just lovely. The staff can not do enough for you. I can't wait to go back., hopelly in the near future

My husband & I Stayed at Palace resorts many times , we enjoyed our stays very much, we recommend holidaying at Palace resorts

 AMAZING food
By far the best place to eat at Moon Palace. You will not regret going. Make sure to get the Brazilian coffee after you come out of the food coma they put you in.

 Tasty Peruvian style cuisine
The actual sit down restaurant was closed for expansion construction but we could get it at the A-Kan lounge. I would like to see the restaurant when it reopens but the food was AMAZING! Can't be the views from A-Kan.

 They serve chilled WOW
Ok, if you are close, go HERE. Thats it. If you dont, you are just missing greatness. Everything on the menu is good. My flight was delayed so I took a taxi back to Nizuc just to eat here one more time....It was worth the risk of missing my flight just to have the chance to eat anywhere at Nizuc one last time.

 Cocktails
We were asked to try a new cocktail they were inventing to go with Mexican food in Nizuc. They went with my name Ruby 50 as it was red and it was invented in my 50th birthday! Thank you to Angelica who asked us to be involved

We had most meals here, its a buffet which has a very good selection of different food. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help you. I would highly recommend here

 Beauty Salon Nizuc
We had a couple massage at the Golf & Spa at Moon Palace on Tuesday. Our next massage was at Nizuc Moon Palace on Thursday. We felt that the quality and the experience of are two therapist, Candy and Diana were far superior!!!

 Outstanding, but pricey.
Outstanding food and service is top notch. Great open air views of ocean. I highly recommend. I dont belive you will be disspointed at all.

The food was plentiful and delicious. The staff went out of their way to see that all your food needs were met.

Excellent sashimi. Great location with a view. Quiet place. Beautifully decorated. Will certainly come back.

The view is spectacular. The food was fresh, crisp, beautifully presented. The service is unsurpassable. We tried three of the ceviches as an appetizer; an octopus and the rice with sea food.As desert we had the chocolate creme brûlée, it was not as creamy as we are used to, but was a nice surprise. It comes with natural vanilla ice cream and "manjar blanco": wonderful !! All dishes were above our expectations.

Once again the service is always exceptional. With many food choices in a relaxing atmosphere, you never feel rushed. All the dishes I have had have lived up to my expectations. As an all inclusive resort, you do not pay extra to eat in this fantastic restaurant.

Went in there stiff as a nail, walked out feeling like a ruberband, need I say more, you are brought into this super clean, wonderful smelling lobby and are given a soothing tea before being taken to the back and made to feel like you have died and went to heaven, staff are very friendly and proffessional and I had to chase them down to give them a very well deserved tip, they almost feel insulted when you try and tip them, again the wonderful people in Cancun Mexico!

I had the most amazing hour 20 minute massage at this spa. And then I was treated to a manicure and pedicure. What a nice treat!

 Gorgeous Resort
I didn't get to stay in this resort unfortunately, but I did get a tour of the resort and I had a wonderful meal at Ramona. This is one of the most beautiful properties in the area (or most areas). I would love a chance to stay here next time I'm in Cancun

Prices are on the high side, portions on the small side and the place closes early but it's a beautiful set overlooking the beach. The flavors of the Peruvian ceviches are very authentic and perfectly executed, beautifully presented.

The restaurant is inside Nizuc hotel. It is an open air restaurant facing the sea. They have very nice ceviche and the service is excellent. I find their normal ceviche is much better than their famous and beautiful presented seafood tower, which is a piece of art to look at and decorated with flower peddles. But it does not taste as nice as normal ceviche. But it is a nice restaurant with rather high price.

This restaurant is open from 2 till 7 PM, so ideal for lunch or early dinner. The food is from Peru and very tasty. Good service, combined excellent food.
