 Fully air conditioned
Except for the bar this restaurant is now fully air conditioned. Food was always enjoyable but now you have a tendency to have an additional glass of wine.

 It's 30 years I know the restaurant and it is top quality
I believe that if you want good food with Italian flavor at a good price, Pizzeria Rolandi is the place in Cancun.Either you choose the calzone Rolandi or the spaghetti Rolandi, or the pizza Napoli with anchovies ,you will always want to repeat the experience. I found the service with good attention , I definitely will go back. The taste of the tomatoes sauce with Basel has definitely good Italian flavor !

 Still Awesome Even After All These Years
I've been a fan of Rolandi's for almost 20 years. The place has been there since 1979 and the quality is still great all these years later. My family and I had dinner there while we were in Cancun in July 2017. I highly recommend the salmon carpaccio and the pizza cuatro quesos. We will definitely be back!

There used to be several places that you could recommend to tourists and have them discover something different and that had plenty of time existing in cancun. Most of them shut down, but this place has remained and even grown. It's consistency on delivering a great pasta or pizza are a total success. I highly recommend the salmon carpaccio, with their warm bread. And then the vodka and shrimp pasta. You won't regret it. Go for the half pasta and it should be more than enough.

El menu es obviamente Italiano y muy variado; la pasta excelente, la lasaña que yo pedí estuvo fantástica, nuestros amigos pidieron pizza porque es su favorita y también pidieron pasta sin gluten (que recomendaron pedir tan pronto como nos tomaran la orden de bebidas porque tarda un poco más). En general platillos muy sabrosos, y una cuenta razonable aún con una botella de vino. Está suficientemente cerca de la zona hotelera como para ser una buena opción, tienen menú en Inglés aunque no sé qué tan bien lo hablen los meseros porque todos en nuestro grupo hablábamos Español. We were taken there for dinner by a couple of friends who are locals and spoke highly of the food, and we were not disappointed. The menu is obviously Italian, and really varied; the pasta was excellent, the lasagna I had was fantastic, our friends went there specifically for the pizza as it is a favorite of theirs and they also ordered gluten-free pasta (which they advised you should request as soon as the waiter starts taking drink orders because it takes a little longer). All in all very savory meals, and a reasonable bill even with a bottle of wine. It is close enough to the main hotels in the tourist zone to be a good option, they do have English menus although I'm not sure how good the waiters may be since everyone in our party spoke Spanish.

 Fantastic Italian meal
We were in Cancun for a family gathering, and 14 of us enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Rolandi's. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. The pasta was fantastic. Everything was so fresh!

It was raining to the point that the roads were flooding , I could not flag a taxi and I was soaked. I sat inside to get out of the rain and had a great view of the activity. The staff were friendly although their English was poor but, my Spanish was worse and I am in their country It must be a good local place as they celebrated someone's birthday.. The menu was large with a lot of appealing dishes. I had a fish kabob; yes I know , in an Italian restaurant. It was a great choice. It was fresh;( no smell of fish). It was cooked to perfection. I would eat it again. The warm bread that was served was mouth watering. I could not find this restaurant again easily otherwise I would have gone back. Definitely an unexpected find in a large city.

 Consistently Good!
Every year that we vacation in Cancun we go to eat at Rolandi's Centro location. The food is always good. They also supply bug spray to use due to the garden like setting. There are a few mosquitos but its worth it because of the food. We have had the pizza, salads, lasagna. My husband always takes the exotic seafood pizza. The prices are fair and the service is really good and it is half the price of Rolandi's in the hotel zone.

Rolandi's is not a simple pizzeria , is a very good Italian restaurant, fear prices and very good attention, I have eaten at this restaurant for over 25 years and always want to come back, is good for locals or for tourism , try the roast beef

Well, we got recommended from a Spanish lady... it was so good that we came back for luck the day after.Pizza is light and delicious. Pastas are great! Service is excellent.It's hard to find a good restaurant especially if you are used to an American ones. Ohhh they make their own pitas and bread.Do not think twice! Highly recommended.

It is a good restaurante. I recommend the camaros withy mashed potatos or talharine with shrimp in vodka sauce. To harmonize I suggest a pinot grigio :)

 Still a great stop for good Pizza and Italian
In QR for work and have great memories of Rolandi's when I vacationed in Cancun with my whole family so I decided to stop in. Ordered the Caprasi salad. Very appealing and tasty and the Shrimp Pizza. Fantastic. Ate about half of it and saved the rest for lunch the next day. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food. Awsome

I was raised in Cancun and this is one of my favorite spots. The pizza is amazing and the service is friendly and consistent. Fish carpaccio is SO good and they have the best habanero sauce. I remember going to this place ever since I was a kid and some of the servers are still there. You can just feel and taste that the owners cook and manage their restaurant with their hearts! I will be back every single time I'm back in the city.

Over the 16 years we traveled to Cancun, Rolandi's was a MUST stop every year (at least once a week). I got hooked on seafood soup in Mexico and No-One makes it better than Rolandi's. It is a fun place to eat - outdoor but under a roof - and the staff is always great. Can't wait until my next bowl of soup!!

I'm from LA , I stayed at the Oasis Smart Hotel , I just stop for a pasta before came back to my Hotel. The waiters are so nice , but the hostess had like a ... angry face and she had no make up on and any perfume. You have to be careful because my sister had the same opinion.

The specialty is italian food and the selection is actually very good, as well as the food. This is a great place for dinner. Very reccomendable.

Taxi driver took us to this restaurant by accident. It is near a main road, and it's incredibly loud & busy. To my surprise the Pizza was good. ( I'm a New Yorker. So good Pizza to me is amazing to the rest of the country. Yes, I'm a Pizza snob) The best part was my bill. We had at least 5 Johny Walker black label on the rocks/ 4 Bacardi with Coke. We were a table of 4. We had desert & espressos. ( the works)The bill came to $100 ( Bargain heaven) Will be back

They have a large selection from snacks to full meals at decent prices. We tried three of the pizzas and all were excellent. The service was friendly. We liked it so much we went back the following night for pasta it was delicious. They have a wood fired oven that imparts great flavour on everything. Try it you wont be sorry.

The first time the ceveche was a heaping plate, and had a lot of seafood. The second time it came out rather skimpy, had only three shrimp in the entire dish. It was a little disappointing as the three of us were going to share.The service was great, as usual. Nice clean place.

The second time the food (same as we ordered at lunch) seemed more hastily put together and the service was terrible. Our waiter asked us where we were from and then seemed to have an attitude with us while taking our order. He never came back during the meal to check on us (my drink was empty early in the meal and I wanted another drink but he never came by). We just gave up being ignored and flagged someone else down for the bill. The restaurant wasn't any busier the second time to explain the difference in visits but given the service we got the second time, I wouldn't go back.

Seated me but completely neglected me. No menu. Nothing. I asked twice and got fobbed off. 15 waitors running around and no one served me. After 15 mins I got up and left.More

 Slow, Bad Service! Waiters discriminate small groups!
My wife and child went to this restaurant to eat pizza, We waited forever to finally be waited on and served, meanwhile we saw big groups enter and be served alot quicker than we had been! food was not worth the wait.

 Worst service ever!
My husband and I were in our way back to our hotel, however we decided to stop at this poor restaurant in downtown in Cancun...We were trying to relax and we notice it was not really busy from outside. We were sitted and given the menu which we did not look at for few minutes because we were talking...three different waiters ina period of 5 minutes rudely ask if we were ready to order...we did at the third rude request. A waiter brought to the table some bread and oil but he literally threw it in the table hitting one of our plates. He did not even apologize for it!We finally got our food, and one minute after they picked up my plate asked if we were ordering anything else...they just brought check! The restaurant was almost empty!!!...then we understood why!! We even took few more minutes and again before 5 minutes passed by they came back for the check! My husband just was in the restroom and he was going to pick his wallet from the car!!!!I understand why the staff work there instead of Harry's or Puerto Madero!

Seated me but completely neglected me. No menu. Nothing. I asked twice and got fobbed off. 15 waitors running around and no one served me. After 15 mins I got up and left.More

 Slow, Bad Service! Waiters discriminate small groups!
My wife and child went to this restaurant to eat pizza, We waited forever to finally be waited on and served, meanwhile we saw big groups enter and be served alot quicker than we had been! food was not worth the wait.

 Worst service ever!
My husband and I were in our way back to our hotel, however we decided to stop at this poor restaurant in downtown in Cancun...We were trying to relax and we notice it was not really busy from outside. We were sitted and given the menu which we did not look at for few minutes because we were talking...three different waiters ina period of 5 minutes rudely ask if we were ready to order...we did at the third rude request. A waiter brought to the table some bread and oil but he literally threw it in the table hitting one of our plates. He did not even apologize for it!We finally got our food, and one minute after they picked up my plate asked if we were ordering anything else...they just brought check! The restaurant was almost empty!!!...then we understood why!! We even took few more minutes and again before 5 minutes passed by they came back for the check! My husband just was in the restroom and he was going to pick his wallet from the car!!!!I understand why the staff work there instead of Harry's or Puerto Madero!
